Positive: centrally located, elevator, clean, affordable, heating, thick blanket, quiet at night, white walls, windows good for darkening. Negative: The light in the entrance hall did not work. The shower holder was broken. The room was very dark. No view, but a wall in front of the window. The mattress was far too soft.

Great location a short walk from the Teatro Massimo and the shuttle stop to and from the airport. New, clean interiors. Breakfast is served buffet-style at the hotel opposite, which also offers luggage storage. The host promptly arranged to repair a malfunctioning shower and, although not present, was very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The room is located inside an apartment with a well-equipped shared kitchen that allows you to organize your stay independently. Very central structure, very close to the shuttle bus stop for the airport and the main areas of interest. Room with a very clean bathroom, quiet and cool despite the rather high temperatures. Excellent and varied buffet breakfast at the hotel across the street. Guests have access to a fully furnished kitchen with appliances including a coffee machine. Friendly and helpful manager.

Located in a strategic position, close to the center, quiet. The owner was very helpful and always reachable by phone; if he doesn't answer, he calls back quickly. One downside might be the view from the windows into the internal courtyard, but it didn't bother us since we were out all day and only returned to sleep. Breakfast is served at the hotel across the street, where it is also possible to leave your luggage if necessary.

Great experience. The beds were excellent and so were the pillows (usually, these are the things that are not taken care of). The bathroom works perfectly. Everything clean and tidy. Despite the heat, the rooms were cool and we did not need to use the air conditioning. Highly recommended.
