Flower Rooms welcomes its guests in a particularly advantageous location for experiencing Palermo with ease and freedom of movement. The establishment is situated in an area well-served by public transport: right in front is the bus stop for the direct route to the Sanctuary of Santa Rosalia, while connections to the airport and the famous beach resort of Mondello, located about 9 kilometers away, are easily accessible.
The four rooms, inspired by the theme of flowers, create a harmonious and well-maintained environment designed to provide comfort and relaxation after a day spent exploring the city. Each room features a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, a television with satellite channels, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a small packaged morning gift. A crib is also available upon request. The common areas include a lounge with a microwave and a spacious, furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet break.
The establishment is located a short distance from the Teatro Politeama Garibaldi and the elegant shopping streets such as Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo, along with the charming Borgo Vecchio. From here, it is easy to reach some of the city’s most iconic sites, including the Teatro Massimo, the Quattro Canti, the Fontana Pretoria, and the Cathedral, not to mention the famous historic markets that showcase the most authentic soul of Palermo.

Positive aspects: value for money (good but not exceptional), condition and cleanliness of the room, functionality of the room, location of the property close to the main points of interest in the city. Negative aspects: breakfast not provided even though it appears as included in the price on the portal; hot water is not always available. The host is present only for a short time in the morning, otherwise not seen. It would be appropriate to state in the descriptions that guests are required not to throw toilet paper into the toilet.

La nostra struttura non dispone di una reception aperta 24 ore su 24, pertanto non siamo fisicamente presenti tutto il giorno. Oltre a non essere necessario, una presenza costante del gestore negli spazi comuni risulterebbe poco rispettosa della privacy degli ospiti. Come ha potuto constatare personalmente, siamo comunque sempre reperibili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Per quanto riguarda l’acqua calda, abbiamo cercato di capire l’origine del problema da lei segnalato, ma non è stato possibile riscontrare alcuna anomalia. Tutte le camere sono servite dalla stessa caldaia e nessun altro ospite presente nello stesso periodo ha segnalato disservizi. In merito alla colazione, ci dispiace per l’equivoco. La nostra struttura non offre il servizio colazione e questa informazione è riportata nella descrizione inserita da noi. È possibile che la piattaforma interpreti erroneamente la descrizione delle dotazioni presenti in camera come “colazione inclusa”. Ci attiveremo per contattare la piattaforma affinché questa indicazione venga corretta ed evitare futuri malintesi. Infine, la richiesta di non gettare la carta igienica nel WC è dovuta alle caratteristiche dell’impianto fognario della zona, una situazione comune in molte strutture locali. Prenderemo comunque in considerazione il suo suggerimento e valuteremo di rendere questa informazione ancora più evidente nella descrizione della struttura.
