Our holiday home is located in at Modica art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in the historic heart of the city. "Il Vicoletto Di Maela" is a cave-house where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.
Surroundings
Our guests will be able to stroll and shop in the shopping streets be amazed by the work of our artisans, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, explore cultural events and exhibitions.
Nearby our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Remember that just a short distance away you will find the "Duomo di San Giorgio" (270 mt), the "Duomo di San Pietro" (440 mt). It is possible to visit the birthplace of Salvatore Quasimodo (350 mt), which was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1959.

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ho pernottato al Vicoletto di Maela il 22 e il 23 novembre e non potevo fare scelta migliore riguardo la scelta del posto. Una struttura incantevole, una casetta scavata nella roccia, davvero particolare. Accogliente, pulita e caratterizzata da uno stile eclettico, assolutamente da vedere e vivere! Posizionata in una classica viuzza di Modica, si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi da qualsiasi direzione d'arrivo. Munitevi di un bel paio di scarpe da ginnastica però! Il personale è disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, sempre reperibile e gentile. Prezzi decisamente ragionevoli. Stra consigliato!

Eddy ed io abbiamo soggiornato al Vicoletto di Maela per un weekend. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti Simona che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa con il suo modo di fare, positivo e allegro. È stata molto gentile, offrendoci cioccolata e biscottini tipici di Modica. La location è molto suggestiva, ti sembra di vivere in grotta a cui associ i comfort del nostro tempo. Lo consiglio fortemente, un'esperienza da vivere. Grazie Simona per la tua disponibilità.
