In an 18th-century building that has been completely renovated, six apartments have been created that can accommodate couples or families of 2 to 6 people.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, bedrooms, air conditioning, and balconies or terraces with views of the city.

The building is located in a small and charming alley of Corso Umberto that runs through the historic center, right in front of the main square.

The central location allows easy access to everything from shops to supermarkets, train station, buses, and taxi services.

Free parking is about 350 meters away, while paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Stayed with two families with children. Brand new and well-furnished apartments. It's an entire building used as a bed and breakfast, our two apartments were on the 3rd floor. Once we opened the door we were amazed at how nice they were. Right in the center of Modica and close to local restaurants and supermarkets! Definitely recommend!
