The B&B Lu Lioni is a detached house consisting of bedrooms with private bathroom, wardrobe, desk, crib, hairdryer, fridge available for guests and Internet on request.
The breakfast offers a varied and genuine buffet with quality products. Everything is completed with a large garden, with the possibility of cooking on the barbecue, and a large private parking. We also offer luggage storage.
The B&B is located just a few minutes from the center of San Teodoro and the beautiful beaches, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
It offers the possibility to stay near the village with all the related comforts but at the same time to enjoy tranquility.
We also offer an independent apartment with 2 to 5 beds at advantageous prices.

I spent 4 exceptional days with a quality, kindness, and availability welcome. Spacious and ultra-clean room. Balcony with a magnificent view. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I already miss it. Thank you very much.

The structure is located in a hamlet a few minutes by car from San Teodoro and the main and most beautiful beaches in the area, in a very quiet little hamlet, surrounded by greenery. The room was perfectly clean and tastefully furnished, some spaces completely new. Furthermore, there was a small terrace where you could have breakfast with a view of the mountains and a small glimpse of the sea and part of Tavolara. Andrea and his mother are two exquisite people, they make you feel a bit like part of the family, super pampered by the magnificent cakes, brioches, cookies, and everything delicious you can eat for breakfast (all rigorously fresh every day and prepared by them). Highly recommended!

Abbiano visitato tanti B&B durante le nostre vacanze, ma questo ci è rimasto nel cuore. Il panorama, la pulizia delle camere, la discrezione e la disponibilità e l'affetto della Signora Gioacchina e di Andrea non hanno prezzo e non si trovano facilmente. Ritorneremo volentieri. Grazie.

Posizione molto tranquilla, ma un po' distante dal mare
la colazione abbondante in quantità, ma scarsa in qualità (brioches, merendine e marmellate confezionate)
consigliabile a chi desidera relax.

La signora Gioacchina è stata disponibile e gentilissima! Struttura a pochi minuti dalle spiagge principali e immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Ideale sia per famiglie che per coppie noi eravamo in 6 con 2 bambini.
Ampio giardino circostante, consiglierei solo disinfestazione anti zanzare!

Siamo una coppia di ragazzi 21 enni e abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti a inizio agosto presso il Bed and Breakfast Lu Lioni. Non lasciatevi spaventare dalla strada per raggiungerlo: dovrete farci l'abitudine dato che in Sardegna le illuminazioni stradali sono un optional! La struttura si trova a circa 20 minuti da Olbia, e a 2 minuti di macchina da San Teodoro. Più che un Bed and Breakfast lo definiremmo un appartamento indipendente, dotato di cucina e bagno privati. Ottima struttura, buona e ricca la colazione, proprietaria disponibilissima e di una gentilezza rara. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo per una sistemazione non proprio centralissima ma non distante da tutto ciò che vi possa servire.
