Description

The B&B is located on Via Nazionale in San Teodoro, between Dettori Market and the Eni gas station, right in front of the bus stop. Its location makes it easy to reach the main beaches and the town center. In the surrounding area, you can find markets, food shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, tobacco shops, and other commercial activities. The structure is divided into three rooms, all with a private bathroom, and a common area where you can enjoy breakfast with self-service. Free wifi is available in the structure.

Externally, in addition to a veranda of about 36 square meters, you can park your car inside a large garden of about 700 square meters, completely fenced. Outside, there are three showers with hot and cold water, and a clothesline for each room. Two bicycles are available free of charge for each room.

The structure is fully automated with the "Domotics" system, which allows you to manage all comforts while respecting the environment. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and an autonomous boiler for the production of hot water. The structure also has a large water reserve that allows you to overcome any service disruptions from the management entity.

You can book a shuttle or a taxi from/to the port-airport. The distance from Olbia is about 22 km and it takes about 30 minutes (depending on traffic) from the port and the airport. Payment with POS service is NOT available in the structure.

At the buffet, you can have: cappuccino, coffee, tea, milk, packaged pastries, jams, honey, Nutella, packaged cakes, seasonal fruit, cold cuts, and cheese for toast. My name is Salvatore Serra, I was born in 1977 and I obtained a degree in Economics in 2007 from the University of Sassari.

After working as a tax consultant for over 11 years, I decided to make a change in my life and open this small establishment that fully reflects my lively and cheerful personality.

I am a sports enthusiast and love to travel, and I have always dreamed of having a tourist facility that would allow me to share the beauties of my island with my guests.

Like all islanders, I am deeply in love with my land - I love its beaches, its customs and traditions, its mountains, and all the outdoor sports that can be practiced thanks to the mild climate that accompanies us for 9/10 months of the year.

Salvatore, the owner, is a delightful person, very kind and extremely down-to-earth, and that alone is a good reason to choose B&B Asinara. The property is also very nice, with a small garden and outdoor showers, and the value for money is excellent. If I were to return to San Teodoro, I would come back here!

Passing through San Teodoro, I highly recommend staying with Salvatore for one night or even much longer. Everything is impeccable: the welcome, the air-conditioned room, the breakfast, the garden, the accessible parking, the bikes available for use, and the location make it a remarkable B&B.

Come le avevo detto al vostro arrivo noi (strutture ricettive extra alberghiere) non possiamo assolutamente manipolare o trasportare alimenti freschi (senza mezzi idonei) in quanto non siamo tenuti ad avere il corso HACCP. Essendo noi dei "dilettanti" nel campo della ristorazione la normativa europea ci impedisce di poter fare ciò che lei chiede per tutelare i nostri ospiti (vedasi i casi di botulino di questa estate a Cagliari con 3 morti🤷). Certe volte, anche solo chiedendo, avreste delle risposte alle vostre curiosità. PS: io, al posto vostro, avrei avuto paura nel caso in cui un host di un b&b / affittacamere vi presentasse prodotti non confezionati.

The room was very clean and cozy, and I also really appreciated the possibility to use the shared garden, perfect for relaxing. The availability of bicycles is a plus. We stayed at this B&B for six nights and highly recommend it. The accommodation was very clean,with the brilliant idea of a fridge that the owner replenishes with water,fruit,yogurts,etc. every day. The location of the guesthouse is excellent – right next to a bus stop with connections in all directions,including the beaches. Across the street there is a Dettori market,plenty of restaurants,and the city center is just a 20-minute walk away. Another great idea is the bicycles available for each room – just 5 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. Thank you,Salvatore,for the pleasant and carefree stay during our holiday.

Great experience! We stayed with Salvatore for a week at the beginning of August. B&B Le Isole, located in a strategic position, is a property with only three bedrooms, a common area for breakfast and an internal parking area for those arriving by car or motorcycle. On the opposite side of the road is the bus stop; from there the Beach Buses that connect the village to the various beaches, the regular buses that will take you to the center, the San Teodoro Express, which must be booked on the dedicated web page and connects the area to the center of San Teodoro for free, reachable on foot with about a half-hour walk, and the transfer to and from Olbia airport. Also on the opposite side of the road there is an excellent delicatessen and a well-stocked Crai supermarket. The owner Salvatore is a delightful person, ready to welcome you with a smile and the typical hospitality of the Sardinian people; he was very kind and helpful from the first contact, he will make you feel at home and give you lots of useful advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. You will have a drying rack per room and bicycles that will allow you to quickly reach La Cinta beach via the cycle path, which is a few kilometers away. In the garden you will also find showers and stone benches, while in front there are comfortable tables and chairs. The whole property is very, very clean, from the common area to the bedroom and the bathroom nothing is left to chance. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and feel at home, B&B Le Isole is definitely for you.

At B e B Le Isole, we found Salvatore, he made us feel at home, he was very helpful, friendly, and awesome with the bikes he allowed us to use, and patiently, more than once, he promptly changed the boys' flat tires, really the best. The B e B is a nice little house with 3 rooms, a nice spacious garden with also a place for the car. With the bikes, it's easy to reach La Cinta beach and the center of San Teodoro.

The B&B is located in a strategic place. Cozy room. Good reserved parking. Excellent bike service. Outside, if there were deck chairs, one could enjoy the little garden more. As for breakfast... I'm sorry! But all those packaged products, supermarket snacks, the two sweets in the tray for three days. (No thanks). Fruit and fresh water, very welcome. In other B&Bs, there was always fresh croissant.

Ovviamente quando qualcuno le fa deve essere a conoscenza delle NORMATIVE in vigore...in un b&b è assolutamente vietato somministrare alimentare e bevande "NON CONFEZIONATI" in quanto trattasi di un'attività senza obbligo HACCP. Le brioss confezionate fanno parte del pacchetto b&b... in alternativa vi sono agriturismi e alberghi che offrono un servizio (professionale con obbligo di documentazione HACCP) diverso da quello (occasionale) offerto da noi nei b&b. PS: provi a chiedere agli enti preposti al controllo cosa ne pensano nel caso verifichino la presenza di somministrazione senza i requisiti HACCP !

Sergio is a special person, attentive to every detail and every need of yours. He can give you advice for any problem you have. The room is large and spacious, well-furnished and functional. It is not in the center or near the beaches, but the bus stop to reach them is right in front and it is very convenient without moving the car. We stayed at the property for 5 days and it was a unique experience. The B&B is in a strategic location, as it is possible to reach the center in 10 minutes by bicycle (provided) and only half an hour by car to get to the airport or port. There is also parking available inside the B&B, so there are no parking problems. Since there are only three rooms available, the place was even quieter, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. The room we got was very cozy and spacious, with a view of the house's small garden. The house is clean and the owner is really down to earth. Salvatore is a very helpful person and recommended experiences that turned out to be magnificent. Upon arriving at the house, he was so kind as to lend us the beach umbrella, as we were not equipped. We were pampered throughout the vacation.

This structure satisfied us 100%. The owner, Salvatore, is a wonderful person. He made us feel at home, pampered and spoiled. The bed and breakfast has nothing to envy to a 5-star hotel, as it is brand new and is located in a strategic position that will allow you to reach the center of San Teodoro in a few minutes, a plus for having included in the price of the room the free bicycles. You will also have a shared fridge where you will always find some fruit, water, sandwich bread, ham, and fruit juices. In short, you will have a real kitchen at your disposal. The cleanliness is exceptional in every part of the structure. A note of merit goes to Salvatore for his kindness and availability, especially because on the last day he allowed us to leave our luggage in a box and to use the showers that are located outside in the garden. We highly recommend this structure more than any other because the difference between a beautiful vacation and a normal vacation is always given by the people you meet, and Salvatore is one of those you will hardly forget. As a good southerner, dear Salvatore, we thank you both Gabri and I and we truly give you and your family many compliments. Well done!

Courtesy and availability in a well-kept and welcoming setting: the property is managed excellently by Salvatore, who provided us with valuable information and advice to explore and experience the area, spending a wonderful week. Great B&B in a semi-central area of San Teodoro managed by Salvatore, a very friendly person always available for any occurrence with his advice and tips. The structure is new and modern, has 3 rooms and a kitchen where breakfast is served with tables spaced in compliance with all the regulations related to the period. Salvatore provides two bicycles for each room to reach the beaches and the center of the village. Outside the structure there is a very well-kept green area and internal fenced parking. The B&B Le Isole is in a good location, both for reaching the center of San Teodoro and for La Cinta. The environment is taken care of in every detail, the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and furnished with new furniture. The common areas are comfortable, there is a nice pergola outdoors, cool even on the hottest days, and there is also private parking for cars and free use of bikes. Salvatore, the owner, is a very helpful and friendly person who makes guests feel better than at home; his attention is completely focused on the well-being of the guests and everything is perfect. We will be back.
