We are located a short distance from the sea in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural testimonies, in a quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view, in the historic center of the city.
Colle dei Fiori Rooms is a prestigious home that brings back the emotions of the past.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Siamo stati al bed and breakfast per una notte per poter arrivare all'aeroporto prima, che si trova più o meno a 10 minuti dal posto in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Per evitare di partire presto dal posto in cui viviamo, abbiamo deciso all'ultimo momento di prenotare in questo bed and breakfast due ore prima dall'arrivo. Anche se il check-in era chiuso per l'ora in cui arrivavamo, ci hanno fatto prenotare lo stesso. Che dire sono stati super gentili, ci hanno spiegato cosa fare appena arrivavamo attraverso delle foto su whats-app, perchè appunto era tardi e il check-in chiudeva alle 21. Li ringraziamo davvero tanto perché non è facile trovare un posto che faccia prenotare in così poco tempo. Grazie a loro abbiamo evitato un viaggio lunghissimo e abbiamo trovato un posto dove dormire ad un ottimo prezzo in poco tempo. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza tripla con bagno condiviso, ottima pulizia e letti comodi. Grazie grazie grazie.

La struttura merita un'ottima recensione, perchè è centrale, la gestione gentilissima e disponibile, attenta e ti fa sentire bene. La camera è pulita, non manca nulla e la colazione è sufficiente per partire bene la giornata. Da consigliare e ritorneremo.

Struttura piccola ma nulla da invidiare a posti più grandi ed apparentemente più strutturati. Locale pulitissimo, staff amichevole ma allo stesso tempo molto professionale, mi sono sentito in famiglia più che un ospite ci tornerò sicuramente perché anche la posizione è strategica e si può raggiungere ogni parte della città in poco tempo, prezzi modici.
