The property is nice and spacious, quaintly decorated, in a quiet location and fairly close to the city center. We arrived very late and had self check-in; there were facilities to make some coffee. The property truly met all the basic requirements. The only thing that did not appeal to me was that there was no one around, which made it feel very impersonal. On the whole, we stayed for one night and the place served its purpose.

I had a great stay. They were extremely helpful and kind. The bathroom, although shared, was always clean and impeccable. The location is strategic, close to everything both by car and by public transport, and also within walking distance.

Great place for a short stay in the city, in a very convenient location for driving and with the possibility of finding parking very close. The room we stayed in was spacious and quiet. The shared bathroom was always clean and very large. Corso Vittorio Emanuele is easily reachable by foot.

The Gardenia Rooms was very convenient because well located close to the city center of Cagliari, as well close to the train station to go easily to the airport, and the street is free of charge for parking if you drive. Instructions given for self check in were very clear and smooth. Good value/price for this flat where you share the bathroom with 2 other rooms, but everything is very clean. Thanks for the stay.

Calm and elegant neighborhood, not too far from the historic center. Regular structure and room as well. Everything is functioning, electronic key device to enter, quick communication with the manager. If I wanted to nitpick, the structure lacks a bit of personality and the fact that I never meet the manager but do everything through an app I generally find to be a cold trend.

The room at Gardenia Rooms is very tidy, fresh, efficiently furnished, not too expensive, and the surroundings are very quiet (unless the neighbor is watching TV). The B&B is located outside the city center, on a hill. It's a 25-minute walk with luggage. Probably not a problem for young people. There is a bus nearby. In the apartment, there are three rooms, a shared bathroom that is cleaned regularly. There is absolutely nothing provided to make a cup of tea or open a bottle. No cutlery, but I have noticed this in several Sardinian B&Bs. It's a shame that this service is not available. Only one chair in the room. No terrace or balcony. But overall, it's fine.

We stayed at the bed and breakfast for one night to be able to get to the airport early, which is located about 10 minutes from where we stayed. To avoid leaving early from where we live, we decided at the last moment to book in this bed and breakfast two hours before arrival. Even though the check-in was closed for the time we were arriving, they allowed us to book anyway. What can I say, they were super kind, they explained to us what to do as soon as we arrived through photos on WhatsApp, because it was late and check-in closed at 9 pm. We thank them very much because it's not easy to find a place that allows booking in such a short time. Thanks to them, we avoided a very long trip and found a place to sleep at a great price in a short time. We booked a triple room with a shared bathroom, excellent cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Thank you thank you thank you.
