Gardenia Rooms is located in the historic center of Cagliari, just a few steps from the historic Roman Necropolis of Tuvixeddu, a strategic point between the Train Station and the Elmas International Airport. Gardenia Rooms offers a cozy base for travelers who want to explore the beauty of Sardinia with convenience.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The room at Gardenia Rooms is very tidy, fresh, efficiently furnished, not too expensive, and the surroundings are very quiet (unless the neighbor is watching TV). The B&B is located outside the city center, on a hill. It's a 25-minute walk with luggage. Probably not a problem for young people. There is a bus nearby. In the apartment, there are three rooms, a shared bathroom that is cleaned regularly. There is absolutely nothing provided to make a cup of tea or open a bottle. No cutlery, but I have noticed this in several Sardinian B&Bs. It's a shame that this service is not available. Only one chair in the room. No terrace or balcony. But overall, it's fine.

We stayed at the bed and breakfast for one night to be able to get to the airport early, which is located about 10 minutes from where we stayed. To avoid leaving early from where we live, we decided at the last moment to book in this bed and breakfast two hours before arrival. Even though the check-in was closed for the time we were arriving, they allowed us to book anyway. What can I say, they were super kind, they explained to us what to do as soon as we arrived through photos on WhatsApp, because it was late and check-in closed at 9 pm. We thank them very much because it's not easy to find a place that allows booking in such a short time. Thanks to them, we avoided a very long trip and found a place to sleep at a great price in a short time. We booked a triple room with a shared bathroom, excellent cleanliness, and comfortable beds. Thank you thank you thank you.

Struttura piccola ma nulla da invidiare a posti più grandi ed apparentemente più strutturati. Locale pulitissimo, staff amichevole ma allo stesso tempo molto professionale, mi sono sentito in famiglia più che un ospite ci tornerò sicuramente perché anche la posizione è strategica e si può raggiungere ogni parte della città in poco tempo, prezzi modici.
