Le Residenze di Carlà is a welcoming residence on the sixth and seventh attic floors from which you can enjoy a splendid view over the roofs of the historic Stampace district in Cagliari, an excellent location for those who want to visit our splendid seaside city on foot.
The structure is the result of a skilful renovation where attention to detail and the search for comfort has been guaranteed in every space to give its guests a welcoming and elegant environment.
A coffee bar corner is available to guests where it is possible to have a coffee, herbal tea or tea.
The structure has double or twin rooms, with terrace or window overlooking the city, on the 6th floor and a studio apartment, "Suite Sofia", on the 7th floor with kitchenette and large terraces equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and outdoor shower.
All rooms, in addition to being air conditioned through a modern cooling and underfloor heating system, are equipped with a ceiling fan for optimal comfort.

I liked the apartment and the bathroom. The kitchenette was very well equipped. I loved the balcony, the cleanliness, and the host, who was very kind in giving us suggestions for our stay. I liked the one breakfast that was served in the apartment. On the other days, when we had to go to the bakery, there was little variety and too many sweets for our liking. The extra bed was really too small for my skinny 21-year-old daughter.

The structure pleased us overall, especially for the possibility of using the refrigerator, the kitchen, and the coffee machine, which made the stay very pleasant. The location was good – about 10 minutes on foot from the street with many restaurants and about 20 minutes from the historic center. The beach could be reached in about 45 minutes by bus. Unfortunately, the last day was strongly disturbed by the loud noises from the renovation work, which began at 8:30 AM. The noise was so intense that it was not even possible to talk among ourselves. My friend and I had to shout to communicate. Since it was our last day of vacation, we hoped to be able to sleep a little longer and have breakfast in peace, which was not possible due to the noise. It would have been preferable for the work to begin after check-out, so after 11:00 AM. The noise was deafening and caused me severe headaches throughout the day, as the work was taking place right next to our apartment. As a vacation home owner, I understand how important it is to guarantee a peaceful stay for guests. In a similar situation, it would have been appropriate to offer a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the noise ruined what would otherwise have been a very pleasant stay.
