Description
A lucky encounter brought me from Mantua to Cagliari where I have been living for fifteen years and where I teach English. Teaching a foreign language also means travelling and creating relationships, getting to know new places and meeting new people: hence our Casa Minù project.

Casa Minù Santa Chiara is located in the heart of the city, a few steps from Piazza Yenne, the centre of Cagliari's nightlife.

In the renovation and furnishing we have tried to respect the spirit of the place and have mixed elements of contemporary design with clear references to tradition and Sardinian craftsmanship to create a welcoming home, where you can breathe the past but appreciate the functionality of the spaces.

The space
the flat has three rooms. at the front overlooking the street is the studio: a large room of about 40 square metres with a four-poster bed and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette and everything you need for a comfortable stay in our city.

The corridor leads to two other double rooms with private bathroom which overlook the bastion and have a small shared terrace. The rooms are equipped with a mini-bar and a place to prepare a coffee or a hot drink for breakfast.

We spent a weekend at Casa Minù and we felt really good. Our accommodation was well cared for in detail, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The directions to the place were clear, and the check-in was easy and quick. Casa Minù is located in a strategic position in the center of Cagliari, and it is possible to reach all points of interest comfortably on foot; it is also surrounded by various types of places: restaurants, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors. The owner is very kind and helpful. A place to return to gladly.

B&B located next to the central Piazza Yenne. Very spacious room, a nice bathroom with all the comforts. The property does not offer breakfast but provides a kettle, toast, etc. The owner Giovanna is very helpful and ready to listen to the guests' requests. I recommend it to anyone who, like us, wants to spend a couple of days in Cagliari immersed in the city's nightlife.

We stayed in a very nice, clean, and super quiet minimal studio. Central location but somewhat away from the nightlife that animates the neighborhood. Giovanna was great in communication, prompt and effective. Naturally highly recommended. Thank you Giovanna, see you next time in Cagliari!

We stayed at Casa Minù Santa Chiara for five nights and we had a great time. The welcome and friendliness of Giovanna accompanied us during these days for any need. The structure is in an excellent location, especially if you want to go out in the evening without taking the car and have a wide choice of excellent places to eat or drink something. Not far away, there is a large paid parking lot for a few hours during the day and free during the night.

The structure is very central, as it overlooks Piazza Yenne. We took advantage of the Bed and Breakfast on the occasion of the Bed and Breakfast Day, so at a very discounted price. We really appreciated the minimalistic yet refined style of the furnishing. The host, Mrs. Giovanna, was very kind and always available. I cannot review the breakfast as we chose the option without breakfast.

Great location, in the center and very close to the shopping area and restaurant/bar area, etc. \nInterior of the apartment very well-kept, with modern furnishings and very clean. \nAccess staircase to the apartment rather neglected, both in terms of maintenance and cleaning.
