Description
A lucky encounter brought me from Mantua to Cagliari where I have been living for ten years with a Sardinian partner and our daughter Anita and where I teach English. Teaching a foreign language also means travelling and creating relationships, getting to know new places and meeting new people: hence our Casa Minù project.
Casa Minù Santa Chiara is located in the heart of the city, a few steps from Piazza Yenne, the centre of Cagliari's nightlife.
In the renovation and furnishing we have tried to respect the spirit of the place and have mixed elements of contemporary design with clear references to tradition and Sardinian craftsmanship to create a welcoming home, where you can breathe the past but appreciate the functionality of the spaces.
The space
the flat has three rooms. at the front overlooking the street is the studio: a large room of about 40 square metres with a four-poster bed and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette and everything you need for a comfortable stay in our city.
The corridor leads to two other double rooms with private bathroom which overlook the bastion and have a small shared terrace. The rooms are equipped with a mini-bar and a place to prepare a coffee or a hot drink for breakfast.
all rooms are equipped with wi-fi fibre connection.

The structure is very beautiful, well-kept and very comfortable, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Everything is well thought out. Excellent location. We will definitely return with pleasure.

The structure is very central, as it overlooks Piazza Yenne. We took advantage of the Bed and Breakfast on the occasion of the Bed and Breakfast Day, so at a very discounted price. We really appreciated the minimalistic yet refined style of the furnishing. The host, Mrs. Giovanna, was very kind and always available. I cannot review the breakfast as we chose the option without breakfast.

Ottima posizione, in centro e vicinissima a zona shopping e area ristoranti/bar, ecc.
Interno dell'appartamento molto curato, con arredi moderni e molto pulito.
Scala di accesso all'appartamento piuttosto trascurata, sia come manutenzione che come pulizia.
