Description

House built from local sandstone, recently restored preserving green spaces and the original structure. The farmhouse, which is located on a panoramic hill, is about five hundred meters from the historical center and three hundred meters from the beach and the marina of Numana, from which daily starts the boats reaching the more exclusive beaches of Conero Riviera.

In the morning, we offer sweet snacks (croissants, muffins, tarts, etc.) and a good variety of hot drinks in capsules (coffee, tea, barley, ginseng, mochaccino, etc.) and cold drinks (tea, fruit juices, etc.).

In the common lounge, there is a refrigerator with a freezer, where guests can store food and drinks, as well as a microwave, toaster, and kettle.

In our facility, there are also equipped outdoor spaces where you can enjoy take-out food (we are close to pizzerias, rotisseries, and supermarkets).

All rooms are also equipped with a small fridge.

The love for my country and the passion for travel led me to open a structure in which our guests can enjoy their holidays as they prefer: relaxing, going to the beach, and enjoy beautiful, panoramic walks on Monte Conero, reading a book or visiting the artistic and cultural wonders of these places.

In the house you will feel pampered by careful management and attentive to every need.

During the day you can enjoy the sun in the garden or the coolness of trees and gazebo; it's also at your disposal a small library about - mostly - our territory: history, culture, traditions, and why not, the local cuisine.

I will let you discover this beautiful land and I will recommend where you can taste typical dishes, or simply to eat a pizza at the right price!

Also known as "the Lady of Conero", Numana is a charming seaside town in the Marche region - awarded with the Blue Flag FEE since 2000 - with an ancient history. Its natural harbor was already used over 2,500 years ago by the Piceni, then by the Greeks and later by the Romans.

Numana is located in the Regional Park of Conero as it is situated on the southern slopes of the homonymous mountain, a rocky spur about 600 meters high that quickly slopes down into the Adriatic Sea. Here, bays and coves with white pebble beaches are formed, often only accessible by sea, overlooked by pine forests and typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The historic center of the town (Numana Alta), where narrow and steep alleys separate the ancient fishermen's houses, is located on a cliff overlooking the sea, bordering the town of Sirolo. It also includes two natural bays, the Spiaggia dei Frati and the Spiaggiola. Moving south from the marina, you will find Numana Bassa, whose pebble beach is home to the beach resorts of Marcelli and extends to the mouth of the Musone River.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast in a perfect area to visit I Colori del Conero, away from the chaos but close to everything. Parking included, a significant plus if you visit the Marche region in the height of summer. The Biancospino room is spacious and elegant, especially it has a wonderful sea view terrace that is worth double. Perfect cleanliness and hospitality that will make you feel at ease. Marco and Laura are excellent hosts and will take care of you. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent a week in Numana: we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation than 'I Colori del Conero'. Marco and Laura will make you feel at home, pampered and filled with attentions. With their advice, we spent a week full of fun, relaxation, and good food. Spacious room, we had the Biancospino which with its super terrace also allowed us, some evenings, to dine in the room, and enjoy the coolness of summer evenings, with a sea view (!); alternatively, the external areas of the structure (the patio where the delicious breakfast is served and a space in the garden) are always available to guests. Last but not least: the boat tour, also this service available to guests. With 'Captain Marco' we sailed safely along the coast, from the port of Numana to the Trave beach; the essential geo-environmental explanations were not lacking, to fully enjoy all the beauty of the Riviera del Conero. We were able to swim (also) at the Due Sorelle beach, with an exclusive beach and enjoy the sunset from the sea. In short, ten +++ rating for location, setting, and breakfast. Eleven rating for the precious hosts. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back to visit you!

The stay at I Colori del Conero has the warmth of the welcome usually reserved for dearest friends, the scent of the most accurate cleanliness of its rooms, and the taste of fresh cakes served at breakfast in the garden. The two owners, Laura and Marco, are of a kindness from another era and with their valuable advice, as well as with the boat trip organized specifically for the guests, the holiday becomes an unforgettable experience.

A few days ago we left this beautiful place after a fun and relaxing week in Numana, my 11-year-old son and I had a lovely stay at 'I Colori del Conero'.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, we breathed in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, the property is very nice: the garden, the breakfast area both indoors and outdoors, the scent of the room, all very well-kept and pleasant.\n\nThe bed & breakfast is run by a very nice couple, Laura and Marco made us feel comfortable right away and were always attentive to our needs. They provided us with information on places to visit nearby, how to get around, where to eat, etc.\n\nThe property is in a convenient location, very close to the center and the beaches, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.\n\nFor our family, holidays are not only about relaxation but also the opportunity to gain new experiences, this week we had both, all starting at 'I Colori del Conero'.\n\nMy son still had some homework to do before returning to school, and in the morning after breakfast we sat in the garden to work on them, there were no distractions, the environment was 'inspiring'.\n\nIn this bed & breakfast, we had the opportunity to chat with other guests, so we exchanged ideas for visiting the area and made new acquaintances.\n\nLaura and Marco, thank you for the lovely stay, you are great! Beautiful villa located 10 minutes walk from the port and beaches of Numana. The managers are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but charming. Breakfast is okay even without cappuccino. Price in line with other structures in the area.

The B&B stands out for the organization of spaces, privacy, discretion, and the total availability of the manager who guides and supports you in everything. The Lavanda room is very nice even though the external bathroom is outside, down two steps. Tactics the conventions for the beaches of Sirolo, absolutely free with a minibus that comes to pick you up. Everything perfect and the location is beautiful but for the record, it is not in town but above it and requires a few steps uphill on the way back. Exceptional value for money.

The location of the structure is truly perfect, you can forget about the car and reach the sea on foot. We had a small room, essential but complete with everything. I stayed in this property with my husband for just a few days. We really enjoyed it, the hosts are very kind and welcomed us like family. Marco pointed out several places to visit that unfortunately we couldn't visit all of them due to the limited time available. We will consider them for next time, maybe staying again in the property. Wonderful structure, in a perfect location to reach both the sea and the city center on foot. Equipped with many comforts both inside and outside, the outdoor space is really pleasant. The structure is beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. We stayed in the 'Lavanda' room, which is the only one with the bathroom outside the room, although always exclusive. This, however, does not create any problem because there is really a step and a couple of steps between the room door and the bathroom door. Breakfast consists of various hot drinks in pods (coffee, cappuccino, decaffeinated), hot and cold tea, fruit juices and milk, rusks, jams, tarts, or other types of cakes, various snacks (croissants, muffins), cookies, fruit, yogurt; in short, there is a bit of choice for everyone's taste. The managers are truly helpful and friendly, providing practical directions on the places to see that I recommend not to miss. As soon as you arrive, you have the feeling of being at home, and I really liked this. An important requirement, given the scarcity and cost of parking in these areas, is also the availability of car parking inside the structure. I definitely recommend this structure for those who want a pleasant stay to enjoy Numana but also the nearby locations; in fact, from here we comfortably visited Sirolo and Portonovo as well.

We had a great time; excellent atmosphere; very kind and always available owners also for providing information, solutions to small problems, etc. Impeccable cleanliness and order. Room with terrace: a gem. Excellent parking in the garden (a rarity for B&Bs). Great and abundant breakfast. I gave a slightly lower rating just because it is based on sweets and fruit (a curse for diabetics, everything too good that made me forget to mention it to Mrs. Laura), without salty options. The entire Conero area within easy reach with many things to see and do (besides the sea of course!). We will recommend it without a doubt.

We recently stayed, my husband and I, at the I Colori del Conero structure, if beyond 10 one could also give praise, it would deserve it fully. The room, perhaps a little small but so welcoming, clean, bright and cared for in every detail that no discomfort was felt. From the very first moment, the impact with the owner, the house, and the environment was pleasant. The feeling was, after a few minutes, that of feeling at home. Laura and Marco naturally did everything they could to make us feel good on vacation, with advice and perfect knowledge of the area. A remarkable point were the breakfasts, with the care taken in the choice of products and in the table presentation. Despite the bad weather, thanks to Laura and Marco, the Conero was a wonderful vacation.

Located in a convenient position to reach the beaches of Numana even on foot, the house is very beautiful, with a large garden and the possibility of parking the car. The rooms are nice and equipped with every comfort. Only the bathroom is a bit small. The breakfast is abundant, with cakes, cookies, jams, and fruit. The structure is in a very quiet location, close to the sea and the city center. The courtesy and availability of the managers is exceptional and they do everything to satisfy any requests and to make the guests feel at home. The rooms, although small, are functional and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is a buffet with very good organic products. A place that deserves a stay and to return to for a very pleasant vacation in complete relaxation.

The location of the property is strategic: very close to both the sea and the center of Numana. The villa, recently renovated with great taste, is surrounded by a beautiful equipped garden (deck chairs, table, cabin, bicycles) and there is a parking space available for guests. The "Ginestra" room has a beautiful terrace, ideal for an aperitif with sunset views. The room is not spacious, nor is the bathroom, but they are both beautiful and functional (there is also a small fridge), although there are no shelves to place personal items (especially in the bathroom). Breakfast is delicious: cakes, biscuits, fruit, bread, and jams. Laura and Marco, the managers, are delightful and very helpful people, they gave excellent suggestions for both excursions and restaurants. Without a doubt, my holiday was so pleasant also thanks to them.

The thing I appreciated the most is the impeccable, warm, and yet discreet welcome. The environment is very pleasant, recently renovated with a happy and functional outcome. The location in relation to the town and the coast is very convenient, just a stone's throw away are both the center and the harbor, and even closer is a supermarket. The interior spaces and furniture are minimal, but as long as the stay is short, this is not a problem. One drawback is the poor sound insulation between the guest rooms, but this is partly compensated by the layout (room/bathroom/room in my case) and especially by the quiet and well-kept garden surrounding the house. In just a few days, I noticed many very pleasant touches: mosquito nets on the windows, bicycles in excellent condition available (too bad they are all sporty), shaded reserved parking, quality soaps, the table in the courtyard, and other small personalized items. Memorable breakfasts with various artisan cakes, organic fruit from zero kilometers, excellent quality artisan jams, and local honey. In short, the strong points of this B&B are discovered by those who go there; they are not flaunted. It is as if the managers empathized with their guests, giving them the attentions they like to receive. I thank them again.

The structure is very beautiful in a quiet area. The rooms are furnished with great taste and with period furniture. Ours had a terrace and if you want you can stay outside to soak up a little sun. There is a small table and an umbrella. In the garden there are deck chairs to take advantage of. Breakfast includes homemade cakes, organic jams, and very good bread. There is the possibility of taking a bicycle for a walk in the Marchigiana hills. In case of rain, and if you forgot the umbrella, no problem, the owners provide that as well. Super nice. There is internal parking and the possibility to store beach items in a closed cabin in front of the parking space. In short, a thousand comforts and attentions that can only make this young B&B take off. The only downside? Our vacation was too short. Keep it up.
