Description
In the heart of Conero Park, in the town of Numana, you will find B&B Vivere il Mare.

The farmhouse, renovated between 2011 and 2012, is located 50 meters from the sea and the marina, and a five-minute walk from the historic center of Numana.

The property consists of three rooms, each equipped with every comfort, including a private bathroom, air conditioning, and wifi service.

Guests have access to a private internal parking.

The owners will be delighted to offer you a generous breakfast, filled with delicious local delicacies and homemade treats - with the option of an international breakfast.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 1% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The rooms are clean and close to the sea. The managers are very helpful. We used the common space to make tea and play cards, especially with my daughter. The breakfast is delicious. The view is beautiful.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B Vivere il Mare in Numana, a clean and well-kept environment by Giovanna and Gabriele that make you feel at home. Very welcoming, with well-furnished rooms, a stone's throw from the historic center as well as from the beach. Abundant breakfast with products made by them. Large and panoramic terrace with sea view.

Gabriele and Giovanna very kind, they gave us a truly perfect stay. Beautiful, modern structure, a few meters from the sea and the center of Numana. Air conditioning (even if not necessary) like a five-star hotel. Large bathroom with window, of great value. Excellent spacious internal parking, with a bit of effort for the uphill-downhill. Panoramic terrace with sun loungers and sea view.

The excellent facility has beautiful and clean rooms. In our opinion, there is a lack of a refrigerator in the room, even though there is one in the common area to be shared among the three rooms. There is also a lack of a safe.

We spent a week in June at the B&B Vivere il Mare, which is in a great location for the beach and surrounding areas. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts are kind and very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Very nice, well-kept and clean B&B. The managers are very friendly and welcoming. Fabulous terrace. Less positive aspects: having asked for a triple room, we expected a more spacious one. If I can suggest something: I would change the towels every day and add a mini fridge in the rooms. Overall a very beautiful and well-kept structure, even in the details.

Second trip to Numana and second time at B&B Vivere il Mare. Beautiful location for how the structure is kept, both inside and outside; beautiful the room, the garden, the common terrace, and the view that reaches the sea. Excellent breakfast and the availability, courtesy, and kindness of the owners. With a walk you can reach the sea and the historic center (in the evening we walked to Sirolo and Marcelli). Services at hand.

My husband and I stayed for two days and we felt at home. Courteous, helpful, present, but discreet managers. It was our first time in the Marche region and I would say it was a beautiful experience. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea through the pine trees reconciles you with the world and fills you with serenity. We will come back.

The location is excellent, just a block off the beach and close to several good restaurants. The hosts were wonderful and made sure to provide any information we needed such as places to visit and to eat. All turned out to be great recommendations. The bedroom itself was clean and functional. Breakfast was typically minimalist Italian - coffee, juice, fruit and a delicious slice of homemade cake.

Among all the holidays we have had so far, this one will absolutely remain in our hearts, not only because the Riviera del Conero is wonderful and full of surprises, but also for the welcome and hospitality that Gabriele and Giovanna have provided us. We spent 16 nights and from the beginning we felt comfortable, we felt pampered not only by the delicious homemade breakfasts, but also by their advice on places to visit, restaurants, excursions, etc... They have always been very caring towards us, always showing interest in how we spent our days. As for the room, nothing to say: excellent furniture and above all excellent cleanliness. The B&B Vivere il Mare is a new structure, very clean with spacious and bright room. The same can be said for the bathroom. Fabulous breakfast with homemade sweets by the owners and a delicious coffee. The owners, a very kind, hospitable, friendly young couple, always ready to solve any tiny problem. 12-day holiday at the end of June in a very interesting area for naturalistic and cultural aspects. The structure is very well managed by polite and helpful people who deserve the highest rating. The only drawback is difficult access with a car.

We have just returned from eight days at this B&B and we can only recommend it to all those who want to spend their holidays in Numana. The structure is very recent, tastefully furnished and very clean. It has private parking which I believe is essential and a terrace with sea view and ventilated where you can enjoy your meals while enjoying the panorama. Its location is perfect as in a few minutes walk you can reach the beach and the center so you can forget about the car! Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, cappuccino, coffee, fruit juices, yogurt etc. whatever we wanted and Giovanna and Gabriele brought them to you in a second since there was no buffet due to Covid. Spacious room since we were three as well as the bathroom and, like everything else, furnished with very good taste just in the style that I like. I can only conclude with a review for the owners who were very kind and always available giving us advice and helping us with reservations at some restaurants. I would say everything perfect.

Giovanna and Gabriele very nice, kind and helpful. The structure is new, clean and in a strategic position (3 minutes walk from the beach, 5 from the port and 10 from Numana center). The only flaw is the very steep car access ramp, which risks climbing on 3 wheels. Outdoor parking is almost entirely reserved for residents.

We had a great time at B&B Vivere il Mare run by Giovanna and Gabriele: very convenient location to reach the sea and the center of Numana; comfortable room; beautiful panoramic terrace and parking space inside the property. Giovanna and Gabriele are very kind and welcoming, ready to provide all the information to make the stay pleasant in this beautiful part of the Marche region. We absolutely recommend it!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Vivere il mare per il ponte del primo maggio. Il B&B è situato in una bella posizione, vicina al mare e al centro. I gestori sono molto accoglienti e disponibili, e fanno dei dolci super per colazione. Camere nuove, molto belle e curate nei minimi particolari. Pulizia ottima. Consigliatissimo. Gloria e Andrea.

Ciao a tutti, io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto per 10 gg in questo BB e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il BB è nuovissimo e pulito, a due passi dal mare e dal centro storico. I proprietari si sono rivelati molto disponibili con alcune nostre particolari esigenze e sempre cortesi. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri, vivamente consigliato. B&B assolutamente impeccabile. Camere pulite e ben arredate. Proprietari molto disponibili e affabili. La colazione estremamente gustosa con delle torte appena sfornate buonissime. In generale, un posto dove tornare al più presto per potersi rilassare e godersi una pausa.
