Fresh and clean air, nice views of Lake Como and the Alps, good rustic restaurants, quiet and short distance from several excursions and tourist attractions are the typical characteristic of an holiday period in Brunate. The ancient village of Celtic origin became an holidays resort at the end of the 19th century, located at 800 meter a.s.l. on the top of the eastern hill above Como. An ideal place to escape from the summer sultriness.
The Bed and Breakfast, linked by public bus service, is managed by an English speaking 40 years old couple, and is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the famous cable-car station that links Brunate to Como and the lake in a 7 minutes panoramic journey with a unique view on the city’s octagonal Roman layout facing the lake.
We offer to our guests’ three three double rooms with fully new refurbished private bathrooms. Wi-Fi free internet Hotspot is available.
We organise English speaking tours by boat to Bellagio, historical lake’s villas and wonderful resorts made famous by movies where designers and American actors bought their home.

Paola opened this B&B in 2005. The B&B is hosted in one apartment of this 1907's Villa completely refurbished. The Villa is provided by solar panels for hot water. In front of the Villa is possible to park your car for load/unload and at short distance there is a private car parking.

This B&B is a great place to stay and great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. It's amazing. The breakfast is pretty good. The rooms and facilities are in great shape too. We enjoyed our stay, but it does take a while to get to and from the lake and boat rides from this B&B. Have to walk up and down the hill (15 min), or catch a ride, then ride the cable car to the bottom (another 20 min). Other places right on the lake are easier to access, but if you don't mind the short journey every day, the view and experience is great.

Très bon accueil, Paola est très sympathique. Lieu charmant, sur les collines, en lisière de forêt. Nécessite une voiture et un GPS pour accéder au B&B! À 10 min à pieds se trouve le faro qui offre une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes, aussi très pratique les restaurants avec terrasses panoramiques.

Mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. La titolare molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura molto pulita ed accogliente. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Ci torno sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per due notti: la camera accogliente, calda e confortevole; la colazione abbondante ed ottima. Villa Mirandola è situata in posizione tranquilla, vicino (15 minuti a piedi) alla stazione della funicolare di Brunate. La titolare è una persona simpaticissima, cordiale e disponibile alle mille esigenze. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
