In the center of Como, very close to the train station, very clean, excellent breakfast and best of all Federica, very kind and attentive, always available for whatever you need and if that were not enough, every morning she brings you freshly made croissants.

Warm welcome from the owner, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Spacious room, impeccably clean, well located in the center of Como and quiet. Rich and varied breakfast. Parking space offered in addition but essential as it is very difficult to park in the city and it is paid. A fridge is also available, very practical.

I stayed at Downtown Rooms for a weekend and I really enjoyed it. Spacious, bright, and clean room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!
