Warm welcome from the owner, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Spacious room, impeccably clean, well located in the center of Como and quiet. Rich and varied breakfast. Parking space offered in addition but essential as it is very difficult to park in the city and it is paid. A fridge is also available, very practical.

Warm welcome from the hosts (lovely family), very helpful and ready to assist with any need or difficulty. Just a stone's throw from the city center and Lake Como. We highly recommend it! Luca and Lucia.

I stayed at Downtown Rooms for a weekend and I really enjoyed it. Spacious, bright, and clean room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommended!
