We loved the dinners on the terrace, although the kitchen was shared since the one in the room was not equipped. This prevented us from getting up early (with a coffee ready) for hiking or for leaving before the traffic started during the day. Other than that, everything was fine. It is imperative to book parking if you go by car.

I would recommend a beautiful terrace with vibrant colors, a beautiful garden, and a balcony with an amazing view.

Very beautiful, as if we were at home. It is quiet. The lady is very helpful and kind. Everything is beautiful even for the four-legged friend. It's just a pity about the approximately 190 steps, which take your breath away. The view is spectacular. Thank you very much.

We had a great time! The lady is very kind and let us leave our bags early in the morning! We will definitely come back, and if you pass through the Cinque Terre, I recommend staying there.

To discover the Cinque Terre, it is an excellent base. Beautiful panoramic terrace, convenient for the shuttle, the train station, and the town center. Beautiful sunsets with do-it-yourself aperitifs for a romantic atmosphere.

The stay at the B&B 'La Terrazza' was very pleasant. The structure is just off the main street, quite easy to reach (after a couple of days in the Cinque Terre you get used to climbing stairs!) in a quiet setting. Among the strengths, the kindness, availability and at the same time discretion - from the moment of booking - of the managers; the abundant breakfast; the good value for money in relation to the period (high season) and to the prices/services in general of the Cinque Terre. Cleaning is done every 3 days. Only criticism: the room was a bit warm, but in the evening the outdoor terrace was very airy.

Comfortable rooms but a bit dated, the outside area looked quite nice, clean and full of plants and flowers! With a splendid view of Riomaggiore, La Terrazza is located at the entrance of the village if you arrive by car from La Spezia. There are many steps to reach the village and vice versa.

Great location, spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast. The managers are kind and discreet.

La Terrazza is a pleasant Bed and Breakfast with large and clean room and bathroom. Being in the upper part of the town requires being 'fit' to reach it, but this 'effort' is well rewarded by the terrace from which you can see the town, the sea, and a beautiful sunset. Thanks to the outdoor tables, arranging with food, you can have a nice candlelit dinner while watching the sunset. The breakfast is simple and I believe it could be improved with some small adjustments, as well as some areas of the structure. Definitely, the quality/price ratio is a strong point. I stayed for two nights and the only regret was the room not being cleaned, maybe because I took the key with me? But I believe every structure should have a master key.

I had the most amazing time here. The hosts were so nice, the room was clean and spacious, I really enjoyed the breakfast and the view was stunning.

The view of the property is great! However, the bed is extremely hard and I couldn't imagine sleeping more than one night on it. The closet, when you opened it, smelled very musty.

We had a great time at La Terrazza. The managers were very kind and had no problem welcoming us late in the evening or keeping our luggage after check-out. Highly recommended!

Our hosts were very friendly, it was a very pleasant stay. The cappuccino was very tasty, however we missed some fresh bread, cold cuts, and cheese. The breathtaking view and the lovely atmosphere made up for it.

Overall recommended Italian breakfast.

Slightly out of the center, but easily reachable through the stairs connecting it to the center of Riomaggiore. Spectacular panorama from the terrace. Small room but with everything you need.

Simple spacious room, the B&B has a lovely view of Riomaggiore. Nice for couples and good breakfast included. The staff was friendly, we enjoyed our stay here.

La Terrazza offers a spectacular view of Riomaggiore and the sea. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and everything was very clean. Breakfast is good. The only thing we didn't like is that they should provide directions on how to get there, as Google Maps takes you down a closed street and we ended up taking a huge detour to reach the accommodation.

Residence easy to find, spacious room and the essentials were there. The best part: the view from the terrace facing the sea directly accessible from the room which is magnificent.

Too bad the PT is the same every day.

Perfect location to visit the Cinque Terre. We could park our car in a garage nearby, which was really convenient. The terrace overlooks the sea and is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. We made a last-minute booking, and the host was really responsive and flexible, providing everything we needed, making our stay really memorable.

Clean property, The lady who welcomed us was very kind and caring, but there is no air conditioner, nor a ceiling fan or even a simple small fan. We suffered from the heat. It is not possible to stay in July/August without these useful cooling tools, especially in the third millennium.

Excellent property located in a quiet place in Riomaggiore, but with a staircase you can reach the center and the train station of Riomaggiore in a few minutes. Superb view from the magnificent terrace (in front of the rooms) where breakfast is served. Excellent value for money. Also, the owner was a strong point, providing excellent advice on various itineraries.

Perched at the top of a steep hillside overlooking Riomaggiore and the sea, the views from the terraced seating area are spectacular. While the property is a bit of a climb to get to, it was nice to be away from the main road as it was much more peaceful. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and the room was very clean, the only downside is that the room we were in wasn't facing the view and didn't have much natural light. However, this meant the room was much cooler than outside and therefore we slept very well. Breakfast was quite simple but a fresh coffee was a lovely way to start the day. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we were in the area!

Excellent structure with a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy an excellent view over Riomaggiore, away from the frenetic tourism chaos. Spacious rooms and new bathrooms. It is reachable via a staircase from the town center. Pleasant stay.

We were very satisfied. Beautiful view, breakfast included in the price. Private garage 10 minutes from the property at 10€ per day, a few steps to climb.

Excellent location, very kind owners, room a bit spartan but for short stays it's fine like this. The only thing to report is the noises: hedge trimming at 6 in the morning, bells at all hours.

Excellent welcome, the manager is kind and helpful, priceless view from the terrace. In a few minutes, you reach the main street of Riomaggiore. I recommend it.

The property is located in the upper part of the town, so walking should be taken into consideration. Alternatively, there are shuttles that can save a short piece of the journey. That being said, La Terrazza is the highlight of this property, as well as the cleanliness and Mr. Alfonso, a kind and always available person. Abundant breakfast with packaged products.

Clean structure with large sea view terraces located at the top of the village, from where you can reach the central street through a comfortable path walked in 5 minutes. Large and clean rooms. Spacious, modern and well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast limited to packaged products due to Covid. Kind and helpful managers. I recommend booking private parking inside the structure. Excellent solution for visiting the Cinque Terre in peace by train (the 5Terre card is recommended). Excellent value for money.

We stayed for 4 nights at La Terrazza in Riomaggiore. The hosts were very friendly and served a normal Italian breakfast, with good coffee! We had two rooms and a bathroom and a beautiful view of the village. In front of the B&B, you can walk down the stairs to Riomaggiore where there are many good restaurants and little bars. You can use the private parking above the B&B. A beautiful road to Monterosso leads you to a nice beach with several good beach bars and restaurants. La Terrazza is a very nice place to stay!

Nice and helpful owners but not intrusive. The property is located in the upper part of Riomaggiore, thanks to a long staircase you find yourself in the town center in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast is served on the beautiful panoramic terrace but could improve because it's a bit repetitive, but you still have to consider that it's a B&B. We loved the tranquility of the place, we really miss relaxing on the deck chairs in the shade watching the sea. No TV (hurray) but Wi-Fi is ok.

The structure is comfortable and easily accessible, thanks to a staircase that leads directly to the town center. The room, spacious and with a private bathroom, had a convenient refrigerator and a space on the terrace, precisely, where you could hang clothes and relax enjoying a beautiful view. The manager was very helpful and kind, giving us excellent advice. For the prices in the area, it's convenient and satisfying. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights and we had a great time, the manager was very kind and helpful even for the arrival time; the structure is very beautiful, tidy, simple but well-kept. Having breakfast on the terrace with the view of La Terrazza is very suggestive, the only problem is the walk back from the village. Uphill all the way! But in 10 minutes slowly you get there.

The house we were given was even too big for the purpose we had to make of it. Very clean but without air conditioning (I suffer a lot from the heat). However, we were fine. From the terrace you can see the whole village. Unfortunately, breakfast was not exactly the best but it went well. Thank you!

Centrally located, close to the train station, rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are very hearty. I would stay with them again as the price is very reasonable for the services offered and location.

We enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza. The location provides a wonderful view but you need to climb stairs or hills to get there, or take the bus. Staff is friendly and helpful, with limited English, but everyone managed to be understood. Room was as described. Excellent value.

Very nice place, from our hotel beautiful view, value for money is completely fine.

Quiet and pleasant with a fantastic view. Unfortunately, the room was very humid and lacked a fan. The rooms do not have AC. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable because they do not have a mattress topper.

Great location with a stunning view, abundant breakfast, extremely kind and always available owner! We had a wonderful weekend.

I didn't like that in 3 nights they didn't change our towels and the lack of TV.

For La Terrazza, a glass door not obscured between 2 rooms poses a discretion problem. The owner, aware of the issue, will address it.\n\nAs for breakfast, 100% in line with what is often found in Italy. Good but industrial products, only sweet, no savory.

For those who don't mind climbing many steps, it's a B&B with a breathtaking view. It's very quiet, tidy, and clean. The rooms are spacious and very cool, but if it's cold outside like in this period, they can be damp. The breakfast is special as it's served on the terrace, but it's all packaged. The hosts are extremely helpful and very welcoming.

It was truly a very pleasant holiday.\n\nThe breakfast is all prepackaged, nothing homemade. However, very abundant and a variety of choices.

I felt really good, I rested, I had good breakfasts, I received directions to move around, I sunbathed at the end of the day from the terrace, just what I was looking for.
