In Riomaggiore you can find RIOCENTRALE ROOM RENTAL (highly recommended).
Our guest house is located in the Center area.
"Affittacamere Riocentrale" is a welcoming and refined structure.
The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to discover routes and sites of interest in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
A short distance from our residence, guests will find everything they need to fully satisfy their needs.
Our structure is the perfect place for every traveler, for business trips and for unforgettable holidays.

We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 travelers in:
1 room "Economy Room" which can accommodate 2 people
3 rooms "Double Room" each of which can accommodate 2 people

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 3 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 10.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €8.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

The apartment is perfect for a stay in the Cinque Terre. It is located right in the center of Riomaggiore, making it very convenient to visit all the Cinque Terre. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a double bed, and a very comfortable sofa bed. The manager is kind and available for any need. Very convenient, highly recommended.

Structure 'nestled' in the center of the town, along the main street, in an excellent position (considering that the town is all 'pedestrian zone'), reachable in a few minutes walk from the parking lots at the beginning of the town. Beautiful room, with a wonderful balcony overlooking directly the main street of the town. Let's say it's not exactly 'disabled friendly' structure, because there are several steep and narrow stair ramps to reach the entrance of the structure as well as the various rooms (however, a bit the whole town is like this, and it's also its, for me, beautiful, characteristic!).

Positive points: friendly staff, good bedding, good air conditioning, spacious refrigerator, good location. The well-exposed balcony is definitely a plus. Negative points: noise from the refrigerator, lack of blackout curtains at the window, small bathroom with a dangerous step, old-fashioned decoration and furniture. High price.

Excellent solution for visiting the 5 Lands. We stayed in the Ca' de Fronte room. Very easy to reach (just a few tens of meters from the Riomaggiore parking lot) and very practical for visiting the village, but also as a base for moving to the neighboring villages (by boat or train). The room is clean and arranged on two levels. Breakfast is not provided, however there is a kettle available with tea, herbal teas, and instant coffee. The balcony overlooks the typical colorful houses of Riomaggiore. Giovanni, the manager, was really very helpful and kind. Perfect solution and highly recommended if you happen to be in this area.
