Our rental apartment (located on the 3rd floor with an elevator) is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, which is entirely a pedestrian area, and where you can find shops for shopping, banks, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, churches, and museums.
After about a pleasant 10-minute walk along Via Del Prione, characterized by typical Ligurian alleys, you will reach the Morin promenade, a famous seafront in the city of La Spezia, from where you can take boats to visit the Gulf of Poets, the islands of Tino and Palmaria, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, and even reach Portofino.

We stayed as guests, with another couple, at the property in early June: the property is hospitable and welcoming just like the owner Mrs. Rita. We were well received and every need of ours was met with courtesy and promptness. We will recommend it to our friends.

Great guesthouse, even though we stayed there for a short time, we had a very good experience. Guesthouse very close to the station and 10 minutes from the pier for boats; located in the center, convenient also to the square with bars, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, and supermarkets. Despite being on the 3rd floor, there is a convenient private elevator to move around. Spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast to be enjoyed at a bar located in the nearby square.
