In the ancient Umbertine quarter, in a 19th century building, we have created “La Branda”.
The perfect solution for those who intend to experience marvellous walks along the Riviera of Levante with its 5Terre, Lerici and Portovenere.
“La Branda” has four rooms, each one colourful and decorated in a sober and elegant style, thus recreating the conforts of home. Each room is equipped with a colour television, air conditioner and private bath with hair drier and shower, minifridge, kettle for tea and herbal tea, and internet wi-fi free.
“La Branda” is situated 150meters from La Spezia’s train station which is a short distance from the famous 5Terre Natural Park. It is also only 300 meters from the historic centre where you can wander, traffic free, among restaurants, stores, theatres and important museums such as: Museo Amedeo Lia, Museo Diocesano, Museo Etnografico (Etnic Museum), Museo d’arte Moderna (Moderm Museum of Art), Museo Navale (Naval Museum) and Museo del Sigillo (Crest Museum).
After a lovely walk through the historic city you may wish to catch a ferry boat to wonderful destinations such as:
5Terre, Lerici, Portovenere and Portofino.

The room was nice and they clean it every day, which is a plus factor. It's near the train station and also restaurants. Giulia was also very friendly. Definitely a must place to choose when visiting La Spezia.

Located 2 steps from the train station, very convenient. Giulia is easily reachable and answered our requests, recommended some good restaurants. The room is quite small and old-fashioned but it's enough for sleeping.

Ideal location if you plan to visit Cinqueterre, if your idea is to travel every day to an ideal village location, it is not located in the city center but you can walk there.
