The Levante Blu guest house is located in the city center, in a strategic position:
-It is located 500 meters from the central station of La Spezia, from where you can take the train to the 5 terre (Riomaggiore, the first of the 5 lands can be reached after just 7 minutes by train)
- it is close to all the bus stops leading to Portovenere, Lerici, San Terenzo
- it is 1, 5km from the port where boats leave for the 5 terre.
It is also close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATMs etc..

The host, Laura, is lovely and helped us a lot with all the arrangements and information. The room was perfect, very spacious and with a small fridge that was great for storing bottles of water and other items. We stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect. Very quiet, very close to the train station and the center. Totally recommended.

Although there was no breakfast (they clarified that from the start), they offered many basic things in the kitchen. I liked the place and the treatment from Laura. She was very kind, helpful, and friendly. She made sure that my entire stay was good. 10/10, I would definitely come back. It is super close to the station and the center.

I enjoyed my stay. Laura is a great host, very welcoming and helped give advice on the surroundings. The location is very close to the train station and the center, which makes it easy to walk.

We stayed 2 nights at Levante Blu in La Spezia. Warm welcome and good contact via WhatsApp with host Laura. Plus is also location and free use of kitchen. Room was a bit small for 2 people and a big dog (15m2) and garage a bit expensive for 25 euro a night. But we do recommend this place if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

The correspondence in German was a great relief for me, as I do not speak Italian. Laura, the landlady, was very kind and helpful, providing good information. Especially with dining out, from the seafood dish to the pizza, everything was top notch.

Lovely simply beautiful rooms, wonderfully equipped kitchen, nice outdoor sitting areas, quiet and close to the train station, very nice landlady with great dining tips - highly recommended!
