Description
The guesthouse "La Cesarina" has recently been built in a small building away from the noise of city traffic, although its location is central and very close to the Central Station of La Spezia. We are on a raised second floor with low and light stairs.
The city of La Spezia is the capital of the eastern Ligurian Riviera, a sweet and enchanting part of the coast that includes very diverse landscapes, made up of fishing villages connected by a dense network of trails where one can discover sublime landscapes, rugged coastlines often overlooking the sea, places that evoke history, poetry, and culture, together with medieval villages still intact over time.
Tourists can quickly reach the towns of Lerici, Portovenere, and the Cinque Terre to admire their beauties and spend fantastic days at the beach. Mountain lovers can explore the dense network of trails, and even free climbers can climb the cliffs of Muzzerone or hike towards the inland through the hills of Luni, where ancient castles and perched villages stand on their summits, all the way to the slopes of the Tusco-Emilian Apennines and the edges of the rocky ridges of the Apuan Alps.

Great! We were received very nicely, uncomplicated and reliably by the host. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. Everything was explained to us extensively on arrival. The host tried very hard. We didn't miss anything. For breakfast, you got a voucher for a small café just around the corner. Unfortunately, you only received a small piece of food and a drink for the voucher, which we didn't really get enough of. Thank you very much for the great hospitality, always happy - only next time without breakfast.

The manager is always very helpful both before arrival and during the check-in process. The room is comfortable and the shared bathroom is clean and in good condition. The manager was very kind to allow us to leave our luggage stored in the room even a few hours after check-out. I recommend it for those who need a quick stop in the city.

Massimo è un host premuroso e ospitale. La camera era grande, il letto molto comodo, così come la doccia e il bagno in generale. Vicino al centro pedonale, pieno di locali.
Peccato solo i treni un po' rumorosi, ma avevo talmente sonno che alla fine non li ho sentiti.

L'affittacamere La Cesarina si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di La Spezia, posizione strategica sia per chi vuole visitare la città (la zona pedonale del centro è vicina) sia per chi vuole visitare le Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore sta a soli 8 minuti di treno. La stanza da me prenotata (quella col bagno privato) è spaziosa e pulita; c'è un mini-frigo, un bollitore, il phon, l'aria condizionata e la conessione wi-fi che lavora come dovrebbe.
Grazie ad un set di chiavi si è completamente autonomi (Portone del palazzo, ingresso dell'affittacamere e stanza). Il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile. Ho messo 9 come voto complessivo e non 10 perchè l'essere a due passi dalla stazione ha tanti "pro", ma anche un "contro": si sente il rumore dei numerosi treni che passano e chi ha il sonno leggero potrebbe esserne disturbato. Fortunatamente non è il mio caso.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione centrale e dal centro.
Camera carinissima con possibilità di scegliere tra due letti singoli o un matrimoniale, bagno in condivisione con gli altri inquilini, piccolo ma pulito.
Il titolare molto disponibile e flessibile con gli orari per soddisfare le nostre esigenze.
Prezzo a mio avviso adeguato. Consigliato!

Sono stata con una mia amica presso questa struttura, nella stanza da 3 persone con bagno privato.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. La stanza si presenta pulita, con bollitore, asciugamani e lenzuola.
La posizione della struttura è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, comodissima per raggiungere le Cinque Terre.
Struttura super consigliata.

La habitación está muy limpia y tiene todo lo necesario, incluso tiene un pequeño balcón. El dueño es muy amable y te da mucha información útil. La ubicación está muy bien si quieres visitar el cinque terre, ya que está a escasos metro de la estación. El único problema es el ruido de los trenes al estar tan cerca de la estación.

Abbiamo pernottato per una notte in una camera tripla uso doppia con bagno in camera. Proprietario simpatico e disponibile (al nostro arrivo ci ha aspettato in strada per aiutarci nel parcheggio, trovato proprio sotto la struttura), camera pulita così come il bagno (ben forniti), possibilità di usufruire di un piccolo frigorifero e del condizionatore, posizione vicinissima alla stazione ed al centro della città, buona anche la colazione al bar inclusa nel prezzo. L'unico difetto un po' di rumore proveniente da fuori e dal corridoio interno. Consigliatissima.

Nel contesto la struttura si presenta in buono stato, accogliente e collegata alle arterie principali della città compresa la stazione.
Non si adatta per chi cerca un contesto isolato dal traffico e dallo smog.
Esigete il ticket per la colazione che è previsto nelle condizioni e nella prenotazione è che capita non venga rilasciato dai gestori come nel mio caso.

Non mi aspettavo niente di più di quello che avevo capito guardando la location su internet.
Chi si accontenta gode, posto modesto ma onesto.

Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha spiegato tutto come funzionava e ci ha portato giù per farci vedere dove poter posteggiare e ci ha spiegato dov'era il bar, la camera ci ha stupito era attrezzata con un frigo, un bollitore e al nostro arrivo ci ha lasciato anche una cartolina gesto molto apprezzato, visto che non è una cosa da tutti i giorni!
Eravamo vicini alla stazione, ma i treni non si sentono, visto che è in un interno.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, nella stanza orange ampia e arieggiata. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Bella accoglienza dei proprietari che ci hanno lasciato i buoni colazione e una bottiglietta d'acqua a testa (nel frigo). Ci torneremo!
