The property is located in the Castello area,from which you can reach the sea and the town center after a pleasant walk. Suitable for those who love tranquility. The room is clean and tidy,and the breakfast is plentiful,with savory and sweet items prepared by the owner. We will definitely return! I had the pleasure of being a guest at this establishment run by Elena. She is a special person, attentive to everything, always available and kind. More than a guest, I felt like a spoiled friend in every way. Thank you very much for everything.

Everything is absolutely fantastic! The structure is located inside a beautiful villa on a hill in Loano. You arrive by car and have the possibility to park in the courtyard. You are welcomed by Elena, who with her kindness and complete availability makes you feel at home right away! The room is beautiful and very comfortable, bright, with a private bathroom. And if you are more than 2, there is another room available. Outside, there is a lovely garden and a wonderful pool, very welcome! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, you go down a path, which of course becomes an uphill walk on the way back, but it’s very short!☺️ The breakfast is personally prepared by Elena (the soul and heart of the b&b), who provides you with fresh and delicious products, and as a bonus, while you enjoy your breakfast, you can chat with her and get great advice on where to eat or visit. I absolutely recommend it, you will not be disappointed and in fact, you will regret leaving!😉

We spent three days at Elena's house, and we felt like guests of a friend. There was never a moment of embarrassment (at least on our part) and Elena is a perfect host: she adjusts breakfast according to guests' preferences and is ready to give the right advice to make the most of Loano. The apartment is clean, the garden spacious and well maintained. Everything is perfect, you can see the commitment and attention to detail of someone who does something they care about. A small corner of paradise immersed in greenery among lemon, peach, apricot, and olive trees, with crickets and cicadas singing and creating an atmosphere of true relaxation. Cozy and clean environment, not far from the sea, just take a pleasant walk of 10-15 minutes crossing Borgo Castello. We also enjoyed the private pool for our daughter's happiness. Elena, the owner, is courteous and helpful. She prepares excellent breakfasts with both salty and sweet products. Homemade cakes made with true love. We spent 5 special days that will definitely be part of our memories album.

Delightful corner of Liguria, in an ancient silent and picturesque village, with excellent breakfast, great cleanliness and very kind and friendly owner. The house is equipped with a terrace, garden and swimming pool (which unfortunately the antiCOVID rules did not allow us to use). Absolutely to recommend.

B&B really delightful, very well-furnished and spotlessly clean. Great if you want to spend a holiday in nature, yet close to all amenities. Delicious breakfasts, highly recommended.

Very pleasant surprise. Brand new and very beautiful structure. Well-furnished and spacious room. Excellent breakfast with truly zero kilometer products, all genuinely homemade. Strategic location in the ancient village of Loano, absolute tranquility with sea view, but close to the center and the sea reachable on foot with a walk through the village itself. Beautiful pool to relax (unusable due to Covid). The added value is given by the courtesy and friendliness of the owner. Always attentive to every need and request and always available for explanations and advice to make the stay even more pleasant. Extremely good! Highly recommended!

I recommend everyone to go, the location is magnificent, immersed in tranquility and in 10 minutes on foot you are in the center. The host is a special person, a treasure who knows how to make the Customer feel comfortable, extremely helpful. Everything excellent.

Good morning everyone, my experience in this B&B dates back to a few weeks ago (27-30 July 2018) and I took some time to make a comprehensive review. I'll start by giving the most important information: it is 10 minutes away from the center of Loano and about 15 minutes from the Virginia baths. Also, using the car, you can reach the port in 5 minutes (for evening outings, parking in Loano during the day is always challenging). You have to go through a rather characteristic path called creuza which consists of a mini path made of logs, which could be uncomfortable for some, but it's perfectly feasible even in my case with parents over 70. This B&B has several strengths in my opinion, the rooms are not at all cramped with several access points to the garden (yes, garden and pool for those interested, personally a muscle awakening on the freshly cut grass in the early morning is priceless, as well as a dive in the evening pool) and a very functional bathroom with everything you need. There is also a lounge-kitchen area where breakfast is served in the morning (good breakfast - strength 2) which is practically an additional room for your use if you have rented the two available rooms as in my case (no external interference - strength 3). The managers Elena & Carlo are certainly kind and helpful, also interesting for those who enjoy engaging in impromptu conversations, but above all they are discreet. You practically never see or hear them unless strictly necessary (strength 4). This does not mean they are not present, as their living area is right above the B&B. I conclude by telling you that I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a low-cost overnight stay in Loano, my family was pleasantly satisfied and surprised (first experience in a B&B for them) and I myself might return in the near future. Oh, I almost forgot, on the last day, leaving the rooms in the morning, but deciding to stay at the sea until late afternoon, we were able to leave the car comfortably parked in the B&B car park (strength 5). Good luck to these two young managers.

Elena and Carlo put a great passion into their work and it shows in every detail of their B&B; they were very kind, friendly, and helpful in giving us advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. The accommodation is very clean and functional, the breakfast is excellent and Elena's homemade cakes (and her mom's) are amazing. We will definitely come back!

What a marvel to enter a house where everything has been chosen with care! It helps to relax. And on two deck chairs on the terrace/garden overlooking the sea among the sounds of the countryside, who wants to go home? For breakfast always something fresh prepared by Elena (strudel, pie) and also fruit picked in the garden. Thank you for sharing it with us! We stayed 3 nights at the B&B and we had a great time. The place, the location, and the cleanliness first of all we liked very much. It is an ideal place for those looking for tranquility. We also appreciated being able to walk to the sea through a beautiful path and leave the car parked. The abundant breakfast and Elena's cordiality did the rest. I booked the structure for two guests I was working with, and they really enjoyed it; new and clean structure, abundant breakfast, well-kept furnishings, beautiful view, and a pool under construction. I also visited the structure and confirm this feedback, furthermore the owner provided many useful tips on where to have lunch both in Loano and Genova. Recommended.
