Ivan, the host, was very helpful, answering all of our questions about the taxi rank and the supermarket which is just around the corner. The B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station. It is perfectly clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities or microwave. Ivan leaves a packaged sweet breakfast each day. It's about a 30-minute brisk walk to the Colosseum. Ivan is a super host.

Perfect location to visit Rome, in the center. It is an apartment with multiple bedrooms, a spacious living room, a well-stocked large kitchen shared. Our room has a very comfortable bed, television in the room with Amazon and Netflix, a storage room and a private balcony. A bathroom with a shower box. Everything clean and well taken care of in detail. The owner Ivan is very helpful and kind, makes you feel at home, ready to give advice and suggestions. Breakfast vouchers available at the bar in front. It was a wonderful stay. To be repeated. Highly recommended.
