The room is modern, clean, and very practical! Equipped with everything you need. Communication with Marco is quick and efficient. I had a great time. Highly recommended, I would book again on my next visit!

Volendo dare un suggerimento: uno sgabello in bagno per appoggio e un paio di mensole in più in camera... esperienza da rifare!

Le camere, una da due ed una da tre persone, molto spaziose e comode. Spazioso anche il bagno privato in ogni camera. I locali sono puliti ed in ordine. Simpatici e molto disponibili i due titolari. Il posto si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione Termini ed a 10 minuti dal Colosseo.

Dopo un lungo viaggio è già molto bello fare tappa intermedia nella meravigliosa Caput Mundi, se poi all'arrivo ti attende una camera in zona centrale, nuova e moderna, top comfort ad un prezzo giusto... allora il voto è 10.

Marco è Stefano sono stai due padroni di casa eccezionali, disponibili sia prima che durante il nostro soggiorno, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza.
Le stanze della struttura sono nuovissime, pulite, con ogni comfort che si possa ricercare, proprio come si vede nella foto.
Avendo prenotato 3 stanze su 4, avevamo quasi la guest house a nostra completa disposizione e questo ci ha fatto sentire quasi come a casa.
La vicinanza alla stazione Termini è l'ideale per chi arriva a Roma in treno.
È vicina anche la metro, di sicuro un plus non trascurabile.
Di sicuro una guest house da raccomandare e che terremo in considerazione per un eventuale successivo soggiorno a Roma!

Il gestore molto accogliente e disponibile, ottima posizione per la stazione Termini e per il centro storico raggiungibili entrambe a piedi.
