Recently renovated rooms with quality materials, each with private bathroom equipped with all comforts. Near Via Appia Nuova full of shops and restaurants of all kinds; connected with the Metro A Colli Albani which allows you to reach the center of Rome in just 10 minutes and also perfectly connected with Fiumicino Airport by the "Tuscolana" direct line train, with a maximum time of 35 minutes.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 at the "il siciliano" bar, just a short walk from the B&B. The bar prides itself on its in-house pastry shop, offering the best croissants in Rome. The location is also very beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy the view of the magnificent Basilica of Santa Maria Ausiliatrice.

The breakfast is Italian and includes a cappuccino and croissant for each guest.

Clean and comfortable place. Too bad for the noises, perhaps due to renovations, but at 14:30 it seemed inappropriate to me. Sooner or later they will end... anyway, it was chosen because it was close to the place we were interested in.

Beautiful surprise for this very charming B&B in the center of Rome. Very close to the Colle Albani metro and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I must say that upon entering the apartment, I immediately felt the idea of comfort and cleanliness. The room was extremely clean, well-furnished, and the bathroom new with an incredibly large shower box. The bed was very comfortable. The self check-in was very useful and practical. The information on how to access is provided promptly and accurately, impossible to make mistakes or get confused. Breakfast at the bar, a delight and a treat. Another very appreciated gesture, the welcome kit with bottles of water and fruit juice, placed in the fridge. I will definitely return because it deserves a perfect score.

New, clean, tidy, well connected B&B. Room with all the comforts. The lady was extremely helpful and kind. Super breakfast just a stone's throw from the building. I will definitely come back. I recommend it.
