Area San Giovanni
From the "Leonardo Da Vinci" airport, take the direct "Leonardo Express" train to the "Roma-Termini" station. The train departs every 30 minutes from 06:37 to 23:37 daily and takes 35 minutes. Note that the Leonardo Express does not make any intermediate stops.

For nighttime service, take the COTRAL Bus to the "Roma-Termini" station. The bus departs every day at 01:15, 02:15, 03:30, and 05:00 and stops at the national and international arrivals area. The stop in Rome is located in Piazza De Cinquecento, in front of the Termini station.

From the "Roma-Ciampino" airport, take the Terravision shuttle bus to the Termini station. The service is available for Ryanair and EasyJet flights. Tickets can be purchased at the airport (in front of the arrivals area) or at the Royal Santina Hotel near the Roma Termini station.

Alternatively, take the Schiaffini Travel shuttle bus to the Roma Termini station. Departures from the airport are available from Monday to Saturday at 12:10 and 19:45, and on Sundays and holidays at 12:05 and 19:30. The bus departs from the Roma Termini station (via Marsala, in front of the Royal Santina Hotel). Tickets can be purchased at authorized boxes at the Ciampino airport, the Termini station, or on the bus.

From the "Roma-Termini" station, take the A metro towards Anagnina and get off at the "Colli Albani" stop. The B&B Petite Maison is located 20 meters away.

Great location because it is very close to the Colli Albani stop on Line A and practically in front of Largo Colli Albani, from where useful urban bus lines depart. The welcome and cleanliness are impeccable. Breakfast is served at the bar opposite, which has a certain variety of pastries whose quality is not the best. But it is better than other situations I have experienced.

A B&B in central Rome. Although it is not close to the historic center, the location and price make the stay very pleasant and convenient. Another positive aspect is Ms. Pina who, in addition to being a kind person, from the first phone contact proved to be a friend who makes herself available for anything you might need. If you are looking for a place to sleep in Rome, I highly recommend it.

Clean. The hostess is available 24/7 and always ready to help. There is no breakfast - a croissant and coffee at the nearby bar are not really breakfast.

Bathroom with very small and dated shower, it was not written that breakfast was at the bar which for me who cannot eat the croissant is not the best, especially if the bar doesn't even have a slice of bread as an alternative.

Very close to the metro stop with several shops nearby. Clean, private room with all the necessary comforts, located in a quiet building. I would recommend it to those who need to stay overnight in the city and be able to do sightseeing.

It's a perfect location to explore Rome, right next to the metro station 'Colli Albani', but still in a more quiet side street. The area is full of bars, restaurants, a market, or smaller shops that provide you with everything you need; less stressful than in the center. The room is clean, comes with a bathroom and balcony, and makes you feel like a 'Roman living in Rome'. We loved the (Italian) breakfast in the bar around the corner; convenient, fresh, and friendly.

I spent a night with my partner and my three-month-old son, and I must say that I had a great time, a warm welcome from Mrs. Giuseppina, the owner of the Petite Maison, who was kind and friendly towards us. The room had a lovely scent, the cleanliness was excellent too. Great support for those who need to carry out work commitments like in my case, I will definitely return soon!

The structure, although far from the center of Rome, is 10 meters from the Colli Albani metro exit and therefore strategically perfect. Mrs. Pina, who runs the B&B, is always very kind and friendly. The room where I stayed is small but very comfortable and perfect for a solo stay. Bathroom always clean and room always tidy. Excellent stay.

Excellent structure, complete with all the comforts, I have been there twice and will definitely return. The subway is located 20 meters from the entrance of the structure and is also strategically located as there are many restaurants, pizzerias, and several shops in the neighborhood. Mrs. Pina is a special person, very kind and very professional, a must try.
