The Domus Torquati Holiday Home is located a few steps from the Colli Albani stop of the metro line A and from the "Roma Tuscolana" station of the Fiumicino Airport - Rome railway.
It is a new structure equipped with every device to offer its customers a clean environment equipped with every comfort with fine finishes. Our aim is to make you feel at home without giving up the comforts of a hotel.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, large private bathroom with complete equipment (shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer), private kitchenette.

- On the train. Line FR1 Fiumicino airport – Fara Sabina (or Poggio Mirteto or Orte) every 15' (during the day). Get off at Roma Tuscolana station, fare 8-9 €/pax one way. At this point either take bus line 85 towards “Arco di Travertino” stop at “Santa Maria Ausiliatrice” and walk 50 m; or 500 m on foot along via Tuscolana. Bus fare €1. 50/pax for 100 min. Train and bus ticket at Fiumicino Airport station.

The structure is located within a condominium. For short stays, it is excellent. It is relatively close to the Colli Albani metro station (5 minutes on foot). The manager is helpful. Some bathroom accessories should be added, but overall it is fine. I would have appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge. No breakfast provided, but there are several cafés in the area, so that's fine.

We found ourselves very well and I think we will return. The structure is located a stone's throw from the subway, served by shops of all kinds (breakfast is also not a problem) in a relatively quiet area. Mini apartments equipped with all the essentials for a short stay.

Siete arrivati nel pomeriggio e vi è stato notare i lavori in corso sulla facciata del palazzo. Potevate rinunciare ed andare via subito. Dopo 1 h non avete fatto notare nessuna delle problematiche talmente gravi da meritare 3, anzi c'è stato richiesto lo sconto perché sareste tornati spesso, allora vi è piaciuto l'alloggio. Inoltre il voto del gestore 4? Spieghiamo anche questo. Sempre 1 h dopo avere chiamato che mancava l'acqua. Ho fatto subito numerose telefonate alla società erogatrice distributore dell'acqua e a diversi condomini. Tutti ci dicono che è mancata per 5 minuti. Vi richiamo chiedendo se fosse tornata l'acqua e ci risponde si ma senza averci avvertito come vi era stato richiesto. Con molta sufficienza avete risposto che era tornata fregandovene di avvisare mentre decine di telefonate. Alla vostra uscita abbiamo trovato una camera in condizioni pietose. A perfect accommodation for a family with young children! There is everything necessary: cot and special high chair. The owners are super friendly and attentive to guests. Emanuela printed precise directions for the entire area with the map and public transport, it was really useful. The location is very convenient. There are many transport options passing by the apartment that take you in all directions. The important thing is that the apartment is located in a non-touristy area so there are shops, supermarkets, and places with moderate prices around if one does not want to spend too much. We had a great time! Many thanks to the owners.

We stayed in 4, parents and children, one big and one small. The building is in a quiet district but well served so much that we decided to always have dinner in the area instead of in the city center. There are numerous commercial activities and restaurants/pizzerias. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away, so in about twenty minutes you are easily in the center and at the main tourist attractions. In about ten minutes on foot you can reach the wonderful Caffarella Park, an immense expanse of green where you can feed the wild rabbits and make children happy. The structure is very welcoming, well-kept with carefully studied color combinations, and equipped with all the essential things even for eventually eating in the apartment. The apartment is quiet, suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, very clean. The owners are very friendly, always available to answer via WhatsApp in case of need or even just to provide information. Mrs. Serena awaited us upon our arrival with great hospitality and courtesy. We enjoyed our stay and consider this structure in case of our return to the capital. We definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for short stays, the value for money is perfect especially for the location that allows you to reach any place thanks to the subway 6 minutes away from the room. I stayed in the green room with two other people and we had a good time... it's certainly not the largest room you can find but we were aware of that, and yet, there was really nothing missing, even a little terrace. The hosts are very present and welcoming. The area is really quiet, I happened to come back late at night and had no problems of any kind. I really recommend this bed and breakfast a lot and I do it with great pleasure.

We stayed at this property for 3 days, tidy, welcoming and clean. Equipped with every comfort, with a fridge, stove, air conditioning. The lady was very nice and kind to us, especially in meeting our needs. We had a good time, just a few steps away from restaurants, grocery stores. We will return if we have another trip to Rome.

The accommodation is very clean and in a quite convenient location to reach different areas of the city. A bit small (it's a single room with a kitchenette) but can be fine for short stays. Kitchen equipped with the necessary. Bathroom kit not provided (shower gel, etc.) so it is recommended to provide it before arrival.

Nice apartment although very small, for 4 people it's a bit too tight in terms of space. The apartment is located in a quiet position away from the chaos of central Rome and at the same time convenient to reach the metro and tram (about 5 minutes) to get to the main attractions. Very kind manager and helpful for tourist information and tips on how to move around best.

Very nice and well-organized mini apartment, equipped with every comfort. Excellent cleanliness. It is located a stone's throw from Colli Albani metro station, in an area full of shops. A special thanks to the managers for their kindness and availability. I hope to be their guest again in the future.

We stayed for 3 days in this establishment and I must say that we had a great time. The area is quiet, with many shops around for any need, well served by public transport. The room is clean, large and the owner is very kind. I recommend it and surely, if there is another opportunity, we will return. Thank you!

The structure is composed of mini apartments and the one I stayed in was renovated in a modern tone, very nice. Double bed, fold-out sofa, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with ceramic glass hob, enough pots, fridge, large wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, heater for a little extra warmth and a 5-minute walk from the metro stop. Mr. Marco very kind and helpful, quick contacts, always responded to my messages and ready to solve any problems. Right in the street where the structure is located, if needed, there is a pizzeria-restaurant and nearby an excellent pastry bar with Sicilian specialties (for dessert lovers). In short, for my personal needs and given the period (2nd of June), I found a very suitable accommodation in terms of quality/price/cleanliness/logistics and for the next time I come back to Rome, I will keep it in mind.

Domus Torquati is a quality property. Excellent central location full of services in a shopping area. Availability of transportation: a few steps from the metro and bus stops. The room is clean as well as the service linen. The managers are super helpful and welcoming. Very convenient for a peaceful stay with children. The quality for me has even exceeded the price which I found very affordable in a quite expensive city like Rome.

The structure is very well connected with public transport to reach the center and the train station. The rooms are cozy and tastefully furnished with quality furniture. The environment is clean and I really enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy a coffee or tea during the day. The managers are very friendly and try to please the customers. When I return to Rome, I will definitely stop at Domus Torquati.

Excellent and convenient accommodation for the weekend spent with friends. Perfect cleanliness and the location of the Domus Torquati structure is really convenient for both those who use the subway and for those who use the car and need to park even late at night nearby. Recommended also for families, the kitchenette is also very useful.

Fantastic and highly recommended! The manager is very available and nice; he waited for us until midnight to take us to the accommodation and during the journey, he pointed out several places of interest (the metro, a fabulous pastry shop, the newsstand) and advised us on where to eat. The apartment is really welcoming and beautiful and equipped with everything necessary. The location is excellent because it is close to the metro line, so you can move comfortably. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable!

The accommodation is basically a mini autonomous apartment, very comfortable and really welcoming. Perfect for a couple who wants to spend a weekend in Rome in complete tranquility, but can comfortably reach the center. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and gave us excellent suggestions about places or typical restaurants in the area. Highly recommended B&B.
