A house is not just a building, our house certainly is not. It is a place of rest, a place where to stop, surrounded by greenery and silence, a place where to bring order to emotions experienced during the day. It's where you can slow down and develop what has been lived, reflect and remember and because of a nature that is intimate and peaceful, turn on events in simple experience.
To do this you need to feel accepted and yet have space where enjoy your solitude, have smiles available and yet corners of silence, opportunities for dialogue but also a reassuring certainty of discretion. The rooms that welcome you have been furnished with the intent to make you enjoy the right light and the most restful shadows serving the welfare of everyone
As first there is a free private parking available in the area of property.
The accommodation for guests consists of three double bedroom with private bathroom and one mini apartment with a room with double bed or two twin beds + room with one single bed + private bathroom. All air conditioned the rooms are on the first and second floor of the villa where we occupy the top floor.

The breakfast, served as a buffet, is a true delight for all the senses, designed to fulfill every morning craving. Each table is meticulously arranged, featuring hot Italian coffee brewed in a Moka pot and warm milk, ready to be enjoyed at any time.
A wide selection of cereals and muesli is available alongside natural yogurt, fresh fruit, and various spreads. Seasonal fresh fruit, both whole and cut, is accompanied by nuts and dried fruit, providing a nutritious start to the day.
Freshly baked treats are not to be missed: warm rolls, mini brioche, strudel, and tarts straight from the oven, along with local pastries, muffins, puff pastries, and mini cream-filled cannoli or krapfen, which change daily. Cakes and sliced tarts complete the sweet offerings.
For those who prefer savory options, tasty cold cuts such as cooked and raw ham, salami, cheeses, Grana Padano cheese spreads, and butter are available. Fresh vegetables like cherry tomatoes, eggs, mini peppers, and baby carrots are served with special dressings and fresh basil. A variety of salads, including capricciosa and Russian salad, further enriches the buffet.
A range of refreshing beverages is also on offer, including water, milk, orange juice, and fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies. Cold milk and cocoa, along with a wide selection of fragrant teas with various flavors, complete the drink options. In winter, a steaming cup of hot chocolate makes the mornings cozier.

The neighborhood where we live is located in a green and panoramic residential area and offers excellent public transport. The terminus of bus line 14 leading into the center in a few minutes, is at the entrance to the park. If you prefer walking, the beautiful via di Romagna lined with old houses and villas, will take you to the center in about ten minutes. Triesté59 is also near the University of Trieste.
