Description

The B&B Trieste Plus offers premium and exlusive services like an hotel with a cheap price. All the rooms are designed with attention to details, furnished to offer you the maximum comfort like your house.

Each room has:
- Private Bathroom
- HairDryer
- Bathroom accessories
- TV LED 32' with satellite channels
- Free Wi-Fi
Furthermore throught and automatic system is possible to do the checkin/checkout in any time of the day or the night (with a PIN code is possible to pick up the keys from a box situated on the main door). At the checkin thekeys will be given you that you could holdalways with you without any time constraint.

The checkin at the arrive, normally, must be done after the 2 pm and the checkout on departure by 11: 30 am.

The change of sheets/bed linen/towels is done every 3 days and always at each change of guests. In this way from one side you could save money with your reservation of more days and from the other you could have the maximum freedom without nobody that will disturb you.

The bed and breakfast is situated in a very important zone of the city (near the main railway station) and also for this is one of the few zones of Trieste in which is possible to find a free park. For those who want anyway to park the car in a safe area is possible to use the convention with the nearby pay parking.

ABUNDANT because we know that breakfast is one of the most important moments of the day so it is better to enjoy the right to charge 100% of the city;
SMART because breakfast is served in comfortable bags take away (delivered the night before). This way you you to choose when and where to eat breakfast (maybe walking the route Trieste) and if you are not hungry in the morning? The breakfast is yours. Take away the bag and also consumatela perhaps as lunch or dinner..

The B&B is situated in the center of Trieste, just a short walk from the central train station. The entrance to the bed and breakfast is located on Udine away even if all the windows are placed to the Palace via Tivarnella Treasurer in ensuring silence and a few noises at night. Located at the heart of Trieste is easily accessible by all means of transport: they are in close proximity to the railway station, the bus station, the center of articulation of the taxi and all major city bus lines. Nearby you can find several supermarkets and many shops inside the station including pharmacies, kiosks and eateries. The Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance (or at most to the nearby bus stops) all points of interest and attractions in Trieste. Nearby there are numerous car parks both free and for a fee (which is very rare in this city).

The structure is very close to the city center. You can find parking nearby. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The shared bathroom was also in excellent condition and equipped with everything necessary. The shared kitchen has everything you need for breakfast, even for takeout. The room I used was functionally furnished. Everything I needed was there: towels, hairdryer, and hand soap. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable for me. The B&B is located very close to the train station, which is very convenient. It may take about 10 minutes to walk to the center. The check-in and check-out process worked well. Necessary information for self check-in/out came via email. The operator was reachable via message. For a short city trip, the accommodation is optimal in terms of value for money. I did not use breakfast.

For those arriving by train, it is a very convenient structure, as it is just a few steps from the station, but it is also close to the city center, which can be reached either by bus or on foot in a few minutes. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom adjacent to the room was not a problem also because it was private. For breakfast, everything was there. The technological system with a pin to retrieve the keys was very convenient, especially for those arriving at the structure late at night. The manager was always very helpful in answering any questions, even via message when not at the property. The quality/price ratio in my opinion is very good!

Everything as advertised in the description, so no surprises or unexpected events. I can recommend it to those interested in enjoying the city and have no particular demands for accommodation. Very convenient location, close to the station and city center. Excellent room management system, a bit cold but correct.

I did not have the opportunity to meet the manager. I did not find milk for breakfast. Regarding the room, it was quite unpleasant to have to go out into the corridor to access the bathroom (although it belongs to the room).

We had to enter with telephone numbers and pin code. During our stay, we didn't see or hear anyone, even though I sent an SMS that we had arrived.\n\nNo information on the coffee machine. We left the money on the table and sent the information with the ID reference as requested by the owner so they could send us a confirmation that the payment was received. I am waiting until today. Please ask the owner to send us the confirmation as promised by mail. No air conditioning = disadvantage. I was not very pleased and will not recommend this address to my friends. The apartment is located along a very noisy street. Please put on your website: no air conditioning/breakfast.

We stayed for just one night in this beautiful B&B. It is easy to reach and very close to both the train station and Piazza Unità, which is the center. The entrance, as other reviewers also say, is narrow. Then, as soon as you enter the B&B, everything is modern, clean, fragrant, and welcoming. Just like the room and the bathroom. With the owner, the very kind Stefano, we mostly communicated via email. Breakfast is already in the room inside a delightful basket. There is a bit of everything, including bottles of water and fruit juices! Great stay, highly recommended.
