Description
Le terrazze B&B is located in a large and confortable apartment on the first floor of a residential building. There are three rooms which can accomodate up to 7 people. It is very close to the centre of the university area of via zamboni, and also near to the hospital area. It is well connected by bus to the train station and to the Fair zone. Every room looks out on to it’s own terrace provided with everything you need to just relax and enjoy our stay. There is also the possibility of having a private bathroom by paying an extra supplement. The final cleaning is included in the price as is a typical italian breakfast.

I had to stay at this place due to a flight strike. The place is very cramped and dark. In the building, the staircase light doesn't work. The room walls have velvet wallpaper that smells of smoke. Self-service breakfast, almost nothing, with packaged snacks. The air conditioning is there, but the remote control is missing, so it cannot be used. The TV remote control doesn't have a battery, so it's also unusable. I never saw the host, I paid at the restaurant manager next to the property, which has nothing to do with it. I had to insist to get the invoice.

Etablissement plutôt moyen:
Il est assez dur à trouver, il faut faire attention à bien voir la plaque à l'entrée de l'immeuble qui est toute petite.
La propriétaire est très charmante et accueillante.
La chambre est relativement simple, mais il y a beaucoup de poussière.
Le lit est confortable, mais un des ses pied s'est plié quand on s'est allongé dessus, plutôt désagréable comme surprise.
Il y a peu de prises électriques dans la chambre, et celle située proche du lit ne fonctionnait même pas.
L'insonorisation des chambres est très moyenne, ce qui peut être gênant lorsque la personne de la chambre d'à côté ronfle aussi fort qu'un avion.
Pour la salle de bain partagée, la propreté était bien.
Cependant, la lunette des toilettes qui est cassée peut réserver des mauvaises surprises: il n'est jamais agréable de glisser des toilettes lorsque l'on tente de s'asseoir.
La chasse d'eau fuit.
La douche cachée derrière un miroir est jolie, mais l'inondation de la salle de bain qui suit son utilisation n'est pas très agréable.
Ces points sont donc à améliorer;).
En résumé, cet endroit est une bonne solution lorsque l'on cherche un lit ou dormir, mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à avoir la qualité d'un bon hôtel.

Very good choice in Bologna during a Cosmoprof work trip. We can get to the Bologna Fiere by 20 minutes' walk. Also near the bus station and taxi station. Btw, I like the wine bar near B&B.
