I spent two nights at Casa Royal. The first night alone and the second with my parents. The apartment was cozy, clean, and apparently newly renovated. Giuseppe and Elisa were extremely kind. The train station is within walking distance and the parking is really just 4 minutes away on foot. In 10/15 minutes on foot, you are in the city center. Considering the high prices of B&Bs in Bologna, I would say that the value for money is definitely good. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, new and clean kitchen, TV, everything in perfect working order. Highly recommended!

Great location strategically positioned between the station and the city center, allowing you to do everything on foot, but a serious lack of hygiene. The sheets were dirty and it was very difficult to sleep after noticing their condition when returning late at night.

Sarebbe poco elegante da parte mia poi, mettere in discussione la sua parola, in merito alle lenzuola sporche a suo dire. Così come avete richiesto un check-in anticipato, sarebbe bastata una chiamata, anche a tarda ora, rispondiamo sempre, e avremmo risolto subito il problema, cosa che adesso ci risulta difficile. Io viaggio spesso, e se trovo qualcosa non gradita ho la buona abitudine di farlo presente. Siamo comunque mortificati della sua segnalazione non avvenuta in tempo, e ci dispiace molto. We spent some wonderful days in this apartment. Just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the train station. An excellent choice to spend some days in Bologna. The manager is a very kind and punctual person who waited for us despite my flight arriving with a considerable delay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
