Description
This is a spacious 45 sqm studio apartment with independent access from an internal courtyard. It is located at the entrance to the historic center, near Porta San Donato, in the heart of the university district and conveniently close to the Central Station, the Fairgrounds, Sant'Orsola Hospital and numerous other clinics.
The sleeping area has a large double bed that can be split into two single beds.
The living area has a 140 cm sofa bed, a 32" LED TV and a dining table. The bathroom is large and complete with all facilities, a shower, hairdryer, and anteroom, with a washing machine.
The kitchen corner is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, and toaster.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but since it is on the ground floor, it is convenient to go out to the courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
There are numerous parking spaces available on the public street, free at night and on holidays.
