Direi una recensione molto "spigolosa". È vero, la camera è piccola e non è insonorizzata, lo confermo per i futuri clienti. Poi replico di conseguenza al punteggi assegnatomi: Struttura 1: è un b&b in un palazzo che sicuramente potrebbe essere più bello ma non essendo il proprietario non posso farci nulla. Però 1 mi sembra un po' pochino... Pulizia 1: a questo non replico, si vede che sarete rimasti inchiodati a terra dalle sporcizia... Fortuna che ci sono le altre recensioni che rispondono per me... Posizione 6: siamo a 270 metri da villa erbosa, forse il signore di questa bella recensione voleva alloggiare direttamente in clinica? Si può fare, ma costa un tantino di più, lo sa? Gestore 7: grazie, com'è stato gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo 1: probabilmente se avesse prenotato dicendo che andava a Villa Erbosa avrebbe usufruito del prezzo convenzionato, cosa che lei non ha fatto ma lo avrà imparato nei giorni che è stato da noi. We stayed at this B&B Arcoveggio to visit Bologna. We particularly appreciated the welcoming and helpful attitude of the owner, the cleanliness and the decoration of the room, the free parking in front of the building, and the bus stop on the street that takes us directly to the center of Bologna. If we want to, the only negative note was that when I requested the 2 rooms via message, I was told they were no longer available. However, calling I found out they were still available but at a higher price. We still agreed on an intermediate price.

We stayed at this B&B Arcoveggio during the Ognissanti break. It's like being at home, the rooms are very cozy, all spaces are extremely clean and well-kept, good and plentiful breakfast and excellent coffee. It's in an optimal position to reach the city center and the train station in a few minutes. Well connected by public transport. And the kindness of Mr. Andrea is unparalleled. I highly recommend it!

Very good welcome from Andrea, who with his good humor and availability is ready to answer all your "little problems". The room is spacious, clean and functional with a small fridge available, a place to put your luggage and organize your things, a large TV. The separate but private bathroom with toilet is large and clean. \n Only small drawbacks: the distance from the city center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the building (travel time to the center 15 minutes) and the noise from the street that prevents you from sleeping with the windows open at night when it's hot, but during the day it's less bothersome because there is a large ceiling fan (very aesthetic by the way). \n Good address to recommend.

Very close to all highways and the airport, and not too far from the beautiful old downtown of Bologna. Extremely clean and new bathrooms. Silent rooms; beds with a wonderful mattress and incredibly soft pillows for my poor neck. Second floor, very simple to find, stay and move from.

Located just 4 km from the center, connected by buses that pass frequently, it is a great alternative to the central area. The manager is very helpful, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Abundant breakfast provided in the room. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

The manager of B&B Arcoveggio, Andrea, is a very kind and helpful person. I found the room to be very small but sufficient for our needs. Not yet equipped for breakfast, which we had with a voucher at the bar below the B&B.

There is dedicated parking and it is 100 meters from the property. The owner is fantastic, helpful, and access is easy. I think that since I am a client of the clinic, I will use the facility again.

We chose this B&B Arcoveggio for the Modena Park concert because it was one of the few to have maintained an affordable price and is also close to the train station. The manager is a very nice and down-to-earth person, very kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. The structure is well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have stayed at B&B Arcoveggio. It is a wonderful B&B, very friendly, clean, comfortable and close to the school in which I was teaching. Just a short bus trip to the center of Bologna too, so perfectly located. I am so impressed with the hosts and always enjoy a perfect stay. I look forward to the next time.

My parents and I had a very good time, the owner accommodated our requests and met our needs. Ideal for not spending much and especially close to a clinic that I used. Quiet room (something I cared about). If needed, the owner comes to pick you up at the train station.

My mother stayed at the B&B Arcoveggio on the night of January 13, 2015 due to my intervention at the Villa Erbosa clinic. She found it very comfortable thanks to the availability and kindness of the manager. Very clean and rich breakfast. I recommend the B&B Arcoveggio to all those who need to go to the clinic because it is very close.

I stayed at B&B Arcoveggio last weekend, and was extremely happy with my choice. Andrea is the perfect host, lovely and very helpful. From the moment of our email exchange about my booking, he really went out of his way to make things easy, which I really appreciated. I was there for a workshop, and he made things so easy for me in terms of navigating my way around Bologna and getting to the location. I also appreciated his help with getting to and from the airport, and seeing Bologna. The B&B is charming, cozy and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The B&B is located in a very good and quite position, about 3 kilometers from the center of Bologna and easy to reach by car. In front of the B&B there is a bus stop to reach the center in a few minutes. The structure is welcoming, family-like and lacks nothing. The manager is very kind and helpful, with whom you can gladly exchange a few words. I truly recommend the structure to everyone, from young people to families to the elderly.
