Serlio 24

The Serlio 24 apartments are short-term vacation rentals, available for a maximum of 28 days, located at Via Serlio 24 in Bologna. They are within easy reach of the Bologna Fair (a 15-minute walk), the train station (a 5-minute walk), where buses depart for various parts of the city, the airport/Marconi Express train, and the city center (a 15-minute walk).

All apartments are fully furnished, with a kitchen equipped with dishes and kitchenware, and bed linen and towels are provided.

We have apartments in rooms 1/2/5 that can accommodate up to 5 people. They consist of an entrance hall, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room, a large living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Apartment 3 is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a large terrace where you can enjoy lunch or relax on sunny days.

Studio apartments in rooms 4 and 5 can accommodate up to 4 people. They have a double bed, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The apartments, equipped with all the comforts and Wi-Fi, are the ideal base for travelers or family groups visiting Bologna. Given their proximity to the train station, they offer convenient access to other cities by train, even fast trains. They are ideal for business trips or, given the short distance, for visitors to the Bologna Fair.
