In Bologna, in the vicinity of the historic center, in one of the greenest and most elegant areas of the city, CàBianca offers an ideal solution for a serene and peaceful stay for tourists, travelers, and business men and women.

We highly value our customers and would like to convey the warmth of our home and introduce them to the traditions of our city.

The location of CàBianca is perfect for both business trips and tourism, as we are only 3 km away from the historic center and within a radius of 1/1.5 km from the Fiera area (a few minutes by bus N° 35 or a 20-25 minute walk), Villa Erbosa hospital (also reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes or two bus stops with N° 27), and the Bus Station/Central Area (a 15-20 minute walk or a few minutes by bus N° 27).

We offer very comfortable, modern, and quiet rooms (recently renovated) with a double bed, LCD TV, and WIFI (all included in the price).

Excellent value for money, the rooms, the bathrooms, the structure in general are kept immaculately clean, the managers are very kind and helpful. It's not just a B&B Ca' Bianca, but you feel welcomed as part of the family. Parking nearby is not always very easy, but it's a good area and the quality of the accommodation highly compensates for it. I have stayed on several occasions and have always felt very good, that's why I highly recommend it.

Good value for money, only difficult parking in the area being 15 minutes from the center. The area is sparsely populated in the evening with only foreigners around.

The room is comfortable, with good cleanliness. The bathroom, spacious and organized, is shared but it is well specified in the description. Breakfast includes a fresh croissant and a hot drink of choice. The location is great, close to about 1 km from the Fair and about 800 m from the station. I really appreciated the availability of the managers. I had a great time.

I can only thank Halyna for the hospitality, kindness, and management of the B&B Ca' Bianca. Everything perfectly clean, tidy, and fragrant. Well served to reach the station or downtown. Furthermore, I was able to visit the Ustica museum (very suggestive) just a few steps away on foot. I will definitely come back.

A clean and well-maintained apartment. The rooms are new and well-kept. The only downside is the shared bathroom, but for short stays it is not a problem and the bathroom itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and provided us with a regular payment receipt, towels, and what we needed. We didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast, but the lady was very helpful in providing us with what we wanted at the time that suited us best. The apartment is about a twenty-minute walk from the train station, but you can take a bus just a stone's throw from the apartment that takes you to the station in four minutes. The quality/price ratio was really excellent and during the Play Modena period, it becomes absolutely unbeatable.

Beautiful room and super accommodating hosts! We felt very comfortable the whole time. The couple who offer the rooms take every wish and concern very seriously and make an effort to make the guests feel at home. This is also evident in the rooms, which have been furnished with a lot of love. And everything was incredibly clean.

We had a wonderful experience. The hosts were very accommodating and kind to our request. A flexible check-in option was available. The room was neat and clean and had all the amenities. Being close to the city centre, the location made our commutes easier and was accessible at all times. Overall a very good experience, highly recommend it.

We found the property new and with impeccable cleanliness, the owner was kind. Even though it was not right in the center, it was easy to reach on foot. The bathroom was very clean and even though it was shared, we had no problems. One thing to mention, I would say, is that having breakfast in the room is not convenient... but I understand that after the pandemic it's not easy... If I have to recommend, I would say absolutely yes.

Very nice house, good location to the fair, kind hosts. Except for the following 2 things. No kitchen available. No credit cards are accepted on-site, only cash payments. If you don't mind the above 2 things, you would perfectly enjoy staying there.

I don't love the shared bathroom; if I can, I always choose the single one. However, with the right roommates, problems don't arise. I found this property on the website completely randomly, but it turned out to be a nice surprise. Alessandro and his wife are very kind. The location is not very central, but in a quarter of an hour by bus you are in the center of Bologna and the bus stop is a stone's throw from the B&B:) Thanks again for the hospitality!

A very well-maintained structure, top order and cleanliness, just a shame for two things: the distance from the center of Bologna (2 and a half km) but I certainly do not consider it a fault, and (alas) the presence of only one bathroom for three rooms. The person who welcomed us was very kind and demonstrated great care for the property. If we needed, we would definitely return.

Il B&B molto accogliente, gestito in maniera impeccabile dai proprietari, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La camera ben arredata è molto pulita, difatti appena arrivati ci si toglie le scarpe all'ingresso e si usano delle ciabattine. La posizione è ideale per quanti da li vogliono arrivare al polo fieristico della bellissima città di Bologna.

La struttura è situata vicino alla fiera (circa 15 minuti a piedi). Molto carina e pulita, le scarpe vanno lasciate all'ingresso. Le camere sono accoglienti ma il bagno è in comune per ogni piano. La colazione è abbondante ma non di altissima qualità (merendine del discount), la cucina è molto piccola. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Tornerò sicuramente.

L'accoglienza é cordiale e amichevole tanto quanto é fermo l'invito a rispettare poche regole di riguardo che dovrebbero essere scontate ma che é sempre opportuno ricordare. Camera elegante ed accessoriata. A soli 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata dalla stazione centrale. Ho soggiornato nella notte tra il 7 e l'8 Maggio 2015 e di certo ci tornerò.

Ho soggiornato notte del 24/10/2014 per andare a vedere la fiera dell'edilizia ed ho constatato che le informazioni rilasciatemi dai titolari erano giuste. 25 minuti a piedi e si arriva alla fiera mentre per andare al centro di Bologna ci si arriva a piedi in 30/35 minuti di camminata, altrimenti si prende il bus e 8/10 minuti si è in centro. Poi, cosa molto comoda, parcheggio nella strada evvero ma costo 2,50€ per tutto il giorno, quindi molto soddisfatto, ci tornerei.

Un vero B&B, dove si soggiorna nella propria indipendenza ma anche a contatto con i proprietari che sono davvero discreti e piacevoli. Camera pulitissima, colazione abbondante e curata, il bagno in comune (anch'esso pulitissimo) non ha costituito il minimo disagio. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e la fiera. Atmosfera davvero molto accogliente.
