I stayed at this property from January 3 to January 6, 2025, with my two 14-year-old daughters. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, well-kept, and clean. It is located in the beautiful Quartieri Spagnoli, just off the central Via Toledo, in a strategic position to move around the city both by public transport and on foot. Edoardo, the manager, is very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. What can I say, wonderful vacation and highly recommended property. We will definitely return! Thank you b&b Core Guest House.

The apartment is pleasant, large, and clean. However, the building, entrance, and stairs are not renovated and do not give a good impression. The apartment has great potential and is suitable for groups or families. It is located in the Spanish quarters, which unfortunately are a bit difficult to reach due to the narrow streets and uphill paths. \n\nDue to the traffic and noise from the street, it is difficult to sleep well. The problem could be solved by replacing the old and outdated fixtures. The bathroom is simple and clean, but the shower is not pleasant to use because the drain of the shower tray is clogged and the hose and shower head are broken. Also, the Wi-Fi and coffee machine do not work. \n\nI would recommend constant maintenance to the apartment.
