CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICIES:
* Reservation can be canceled up to 15 days before check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation, a penalty equal to 30% of the entire stay will be charged.

*No Show: On the day of arrival, in case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty of 100% is foreseen.

* For bookings of more than three nights and on the occasion of bridges, events, holidays and for bookings made for the month of August, a deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount of the stay will be required to be paid by bank transfer within five days from the booking date.

*For amounts up to € 250 excluding city tax, payments are accepted only in cash.

The B&B Casa Mariella is an ancient noble residence located in the immediate vicinity of Via Toledo and about 150 meters from Piazza del Plebiscito.

The property is located on the fourth floor in an ancient building, dating back to the Bourbon period, equipped with a lift.

Casa Mariella has rooms with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning and heating. At guests' disposal: Towel set, courtesy set, toiletries, hairdryer and high chair.

Every morning a rich breakfast is served directly by the owners.

Our breakfast includes: milk, coffee, hot chocolate, barley, American coffee, variety of teas, cappuccino, fruit juices, jams, rusks, croissants, biscuits, butter, Nutella, honey, bread, yogurt and fruit. The B&B Casa Mariella, on request and free of charge, offers its guests who are lactose intolerant or coeliacs very valid alternatives.

All products are served in single-dose packaging.

The proximity of places of historical and cultural interest such as the Maschio Angioino, the Galleria Umberto, Piazza del Plebiscito, the Real Teatro San Carlo and the National Archaeological Museum, place our structure in a particularly privileged position for all those who want to savor the magical atmosphere of this city.

A walk along the pedestrian area of Via Toledo allows you to reach in a few minutes the Spaccanapoli area, the San Severo Chapel, the Cloister of Santa Chiara, the Veiled Christ and the Cathedral.

We are also located just 150 meters from the Toledo metro stop, 900 meters from the Maritime Station and 20 meters from the central funicular of Naples which in a few minutes allows you to reach the Vomero district where the Certosa di San Martino is located.

We also have an agreement with a private garage about 350 meters away that applies rates for daily parking that vary according to the size of the car.

The owners of the B&B are very kind and friendly, they give you great advice on what to see and how to move around Naples. The structure is very clean. The location is very central, a stone's throw from Piazza Plebiscito, and allows you to use the metro and funicular which are a few meters from the B&B.

A place where you feel at home, welcomed by kindness, warmth, and Raffaele's smile. We were pampered by the attentions: water always replenished in the room, the kettle, the welcome with limoncello and taralli in the room. In our case, we also received a bottle of sparkling wine and almond treats for the private New Year's toast. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses soft, and the view of the city and Vesuvius is stunning. Raffaele was also very kind in keeping our luggage on the day of departure. Furthermore, he was always available by phone for any information, wherever we were around the city. We recommend everyone to stay here.

What can I say, we stayed 2 nights at Casa Mariella and we couldn't find a single flaw. Spacious, bright and clean room, excellent breakfast with typical products, perfect location to explore almost all of Naples on foot and a quality/price ratio that is hard to find elsewhere. As for the owners, Raffaele and Serafina, they deserve a separate review. Fantastic, friendly people who truly make you feel like part of their family. I won't go on further, if you go to Naples you cannot not stay at Casa Mariella.

Very nice and big room, central area. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. The host is super nice and polite, always ready to help and give good tips for sightseeing. Breakfast is great, every morning a different traditional pastry, then fruits, yogurt, cereals, jams and 'fette biscottate', which I find quite impressive for an Airbnb. Overall, good value for money, and pleasant and friendly stay. Totally recommend for single travel as well as couples and families.

Rafaele and his wife, our hosts, were incredibly helpful, much like having neighbors next door, as they indeed lived next door. Rafaele was very resourceful, providing tips on where to eat on a budget as locals do, transportation, and answering tourist queries. To compensate for his English, he used his phone to translate. His enthusiastic translation efforts and thoughts were truly amazing. He remembered my request for extra pillows and had them ready upon our arrival. The passage for breakfast was wide, and it didn't feel like we were in a B&B but rather in a hotel. I do not usually tip, but I honestly felt like tipping them. I would love to stay there again. God bless them. The location is central with a good lift, and the best part is the very silent air conditioning. Words could not describe our stay. My wife did not complain but praised, which says something in itself. The atmosphere was lovely. He even had a place for smoking on the balcony without having to go far. The breakfast was the usual Italian style, with fresh sweet pastries.

This room is located in a spacious 4th floor apartment in the Quartieri Spagnoli. Area is a bit noisy, as you are in the middle of everything in Naples. Beds are comfy and ensure a good night's sleep after long walks in the city. Plenty of restaurants and popular brand shops in the surrounding area. The hosts are very friendly and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You also have a side view of Mount Vesuvius. Breakfast mainly consists of sweet products, so, for those not too keen on sweets (like us), this is a downside. Overall, it's a place I would recommend if you want to experience the vibe of this city.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time staying here! We stayed for 2 nights and I wish it had been more. The hosts Raffaele and his wife are so kind. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We were there after Naples won the soccer championship and it was very busy! Raffaele called multiple taxi services for us when we were leaving and taxis were nowhere to be found! Great place!

Direct access to via Toledo within 5 minutes walk from the subway station and 10 minutes to the port. The bedroom is clean with minimal equipment but it is very functional (hair dryer, kettle...). Hosts are very helpful and very kind. They spent time each day to give us advice regarding visits, restaurants and transportation. Before coming, they were very reactive on each question we had and booked for us the pick-up from and to the airport. Good breakfast with new and fresh pastries waiting for us every morning. The location is right in the middle of the Spanish Quarter. Toldeo metro station is a short walk away. You can also walk to the archaeological museum, the marina, Pignasecca market, the Old Town and the funicular railway very easily. The room had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. Wonderful hosts! We stayed at Raffaelle and Serafina’s place at the recommendation of some friends who had visited a few months prior, and were extremely happy with our stay. Raffaelle was extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, the room was large and spacious, with high ceilings and a view of Mt. Vesuvius! The location was fantastic (and very safe), and I just cannot recommend this place enough. The AirBnBs that we stayed at later in our trip could not compare. This was a real BnB, and we felt welcomed into Naples and Italy like we were old friends.

The city of the sun warms the hearts of those who live there! Located in a small side street off via Toledo, near Piazza del Plebiscito, to be precise, the bed and breakfast looks nice, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast, besides the delicious "treccia" (typical sweet), there is everything; but above all, a praise to Mrs. Serafina and company! The property is located right in the center of Naples, convenient for exploring the city on foot and for access to restaurants, bars, etc. It is about a 5-minute walk from the Toledo metro stop. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The hosts, wife and husband, were very kind and attentive in providing all the necessary information regarding Naples and its surroundings. Breakfast always includes a typical Neapolitan sweet, different every morning, which definitely starts the day off well. Unfortunately, however, the rest of the breakfast consists solely of packaged products (croissants, cookies), while as for the drinks (coffee/cappuccino) there is only the presence of a classic automatic machine. But this is the only "sore" point, if we can say so, that we have found. Definitely a structure where we would stay again if we were to return to Naples.

Highly recommended. Owners are super kind and super helpful. Excellent breakfast, being lactose intolerant they made a special dessert for the occasion, of course there are also croissants and typical pastries. Great location, super central, just a stone's throw from Via Toledo. Very clean and they tidy up the room every day. We will be back to them at the end of May.

I stayed at Casa Mariella in April. I had a great time. The structure is clean and well-served. The breakfast is abundant, the manager is friendly and super helpful. The bedroom has a TV and air conditioning, the bathroom has everything you need. Provided us with directions on what to see and how to reach the destinations, providing us with the city map. The structure is located in a well-served area, reachable by metro line 1 at the Toledo stop, directly from Napoli Centrale station. You can easily walk to reach some characteristic places of the city: Piazza Plebiscito, Castel dell'Ovo, Castel Nuovo, the Vomero and the shopping streets, as well as the Spaccanapoli area. I will come back.

The structure is located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, in a side street of the central Via Toledo, a stone's throw from Piazza del Plebiscito and the "Toledo" metro stop on line 1. We stayed in this property for 4 days, we had a great time, Raffaele and Serafina were exceptional hosts, with their advice and care towards us they made us feel the welcoming atmosphere of this city from the very beginning. The property is very clean and well organized also for Covid regulations, located on the central Via Toledo, it is 5 minutes from Piazza del Plebiscito, from Spaccanapoli and from Maschio Angioino, 2 minutes from the Galleria and is practically attached to the funicular for Vomero. A true bed and breakfast with a plentiful breakfast. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Feeling at home even when you're on vacation. Casa Mariella is an experience to live. Describing the kindness, the friendliness, and everything else through a simple review is not easy. The welcome from the owners made our stay very pleasant, very clean B&B, the breakfast is great. Our room was tastefully furnished. The location from a transportation point of view is practically perfect, a stone's throw from the subway that allows you to reach the entire city. Delightful Bed & Breakfast inside a seventeenth-century palace located in the heart of Naples, at the beginning of the Spanish Quarters and a stone's throw from Via Toledo. Serafina and Rafaelle are warm, friendly, and helpful hosts. Their Casa is splendid, very spacious and clean, and right in the heart of the city. Close proximity to the pedestrian road for shopping, incredible cafes and wine bars, the Galleria, and the Bay of Naples (where you can lay out in the sunshine on the spectacular boulders and/or swim). I stayed with my daughter and the little dog during these Christmas holidays and I felt like a guest at a friend's house, pampered by the discreet and heartfelt care of Serafina and Raffaele. The location is strategic, as it is located in a traffic-free area and just one block from Via Toledo. The Italian breakfast is abundant and varied. The room reflects the hospitality of the hosts: in addition to everything needed for a peaceful stay (including an iron, which is not at all obvious), there was also everything needed to make yourself a hot tea outside the canonical breakfast time. Our stay at Casa Mariella was a great experience! First, Serafina and Raffaelle were wonderfully kind toward our family! They made us feel at home and tried to help us enjoy our stay in Naples any way they could - directions, great restaurants, etc. Their B&B is in a great, safe location in Naples' Spanish Quarter (about 50 yards from the delicious pizzeria Ciro di Santa Brigada), and is next to the foot traffic of the busy Via Toledo. We were so comfortable at Casa Mariella (and the breakfast spread was delicious!) we wanted to stay in Naples longer. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, and we even had a distant view of Mt. Vesuvius. Again, Raffaelle and Serafina make this place special and comfortable! We felt as though we were visiting old friends rather than staying in a hotel or B&B.

First time in Naples for me and my friend and we stayed at this B&B for two nights, what can I say, the hosts were really hospitable from the first day, where Raffaele showed us what is worth visiting and always ready and available for every need. The B&B has only two rooms and is cared for in every detail, perfect cleanliness (even if we, two girls, left the room a bit messy), abundant breakfast with everything you need. The very large room is spacious and in the bathrooms the two hosts provide everything necessary, even a toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is also very central, a stone's throw from Piazza del Plebiscito and despite being a very busy area, being close to Via Toledo, it is very quiet. Also to deny the rumors about the Spanish quarters that have now become a tourist and commercial point, full of pizzerias, restaurants, and trattorias. In short, my friend and I had a really great time and if we come back to Naples we will definitely return here. We recommend this B&B to everyone! Thanks again Raffaele and Serafina for everything.

Si trova in un vicolo caratteristico all'interno del quale si respira in pieno la vera Napoli. Abbiamo trovato questo B&B seguendo le recensioni e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatto. Serafina e Raffaele ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La stanza molto carina e pulita. Il Bed and Breakfast Casa Mariella è proprio nel cuore di Napoli, le camere sono pulitissime dove non manca proprio niente, la colazione è super abbondante (succhi di frutta, tè, caffè, cappuccino, fette biscottate etc.). Tornando a Napoli non avremmo dubbi su dove pernottare.

Calorosa accoglienza in un ambiente fine e ricco di mobili di epoca. Bed and Breakfast totalmente ristrutturato ma che conserva il fascino del classico. Pulizia eccellente, colazione più che abbondante e tante informazioni su luoghi e itinerari. Ci siamo trovati bene, viaggiare e sentirsi a casa propria non è un qualche cosa che capita sempre.

Vacanza a Napoli con un gruppo di amici, destinazione questo B&B. Devo dire che ciò che è il fiore all'occhiello di Casa Mariella è l'accoglienza e il calore umano dimostrato da Sara e Raffaele sin dal momento del nostro arrivo. Consigli su cosa vedere, dove andare ed itinerari di cui neanche avevamo idea. Le camere accoglienti dove è veramente presente tutto ciò che serve per una serena vacanza. Andando in gruppo come abbiamo fatto noi si ha la possibilità di avere tutta la struttura a disposizione, ciò ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella.

Un soggiorno fantastico. Approfittando di un evento al teatro San Carlo abbiamo visitato anche la città. Il B&B è collocato veramente in una posizione fantastica. Tutto è visitabile a piedi o con metro e funicolare che tra l'altro sono vicinissime. Camera veramente bella, difficile trovare a disposizione anche un ferro da stiro da usare in caso di emergenza. Siamo stati accolti con affetto e cordialità. Felici di esserci stati e speranzosi di tornare presto.

Abbiamo passato un meraviglioso fine settimana. Camera molto bella, colazione abbondante e proprietari accoglienti. Casa Mariella è praticamente al centro di Napoli, tutto raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Peccato aver soggiornato una sola notte ma torneremo presto.

B&B gradevole e pulito in posizione centralissima per raggiungere i luoghi di principale interesse della meravigliosa Napoli. Siamo state accolte con grande cortesia dai padroni di casa Serafina e Raffaele che, oltre a preparare una bellissima tavola per una gustosa e varia colazione, ci hanno aiutate nel programmare al meglio le nostre uscite quotidiane.

Per motivi di lavoro mi sono trovato a pernottare in questo B&B. Mi sono sentito come a casa mia, accoglienza e calore umano. Una camera bellissima dove c'era di tutto, ho trovato perfino la schiuma da barba. La mattina mi è stata preparata una colazione che sembrava un buffet da grande albergo. Almeno nel mio caso ho apprezzato la vicinanza della metropolitana per me fondamentale visto che ero in città per lavoro.

Tutto perfetto! Stanza pulitissima e arredata meravigliosamente, B&B in posizione centralissima Serafina e Raffaele sono stati super gentili, disponibili e attenti a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La colazione veramente molto ricca è consumata in prodotti monodose, dunque una colazione super igienica. Nel complesso una sistemazione super.

Con mia moglie ho soggiornato per tre notti a Casa Mariella. Il B&B è situato in un ottima posizione praticamente a pochi metri da Via Toledo. Super pulito, super comodo e molto tranquillo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e molto disponibili. Camere arredate con gusto e grande colazione. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo per soggiornare a Napoli.

Simpatia e allegria al momento dell'arrivo, camera pulita tutti i giorni, ben arredata e molto accogliente. Il B&B è praticamente al centro di Napoli, collocato a pochi passi dalla strada principale che collega con piazza del Plebiscito. Posso dire di aver passato un bellissimo soggiorno.

La struttura è praticamente nel centro di Napoli. Colazione abbondante e proprietari gentili e ospitali. La nostra camera era veramente accogliente. Il punto di forza è che il B&B è vicino a tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse, oltre alla metropolitana che è praticamente sotto casa. Ottimo.

Ho soggiornato con mia sorella in questo B&B situato a due passi da Piazza del Plebiscito. I due padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e cordiali e abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci aspettavamo: una bella colazione, un ambiente familiare, una stanza pulita con tutto ciò che serviva. Torneremo sicuramente.
