Well renovated, welcoming and comfortable, S'8 is a 70 sqm independent dwelling located in the heart of Civita, the upper and noble part of the ancient city, in a typical and characteristic "vicinato" courtyard, just a minute's walk from Piazza Duomo and the beautiful Cathedral. It consists of an entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a sofa bed on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a private bathroom on the partially lofted upper floor, and a small, delightful terrace from which you can enjoy the enchanting view of the rock church of Madonna delle Vergini.
In the heart of the tourist itinerary and close to the main places of interest and the most beautiful squares of the city, it is the ideal accommodation for those who, even with their family, want to experience the Sassi in tranquility and privacy, while having the privilege of breathing in its soul.
In the Z.T.L. area, everything is within reach: bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, boutiques, info point, local craft workshops, and pharmacy.
The nearest 24-hour paid covered parking is located approximately 650m away in Via Pasquale Vena.
