« La dimora di Alfonso” is a Bed and Breakfast very nice in Fiumicello of Maratea, one of most beautiful hamlet of Mararea, near a wonderful stretch of coast, with large and little beaches, rocks, inlets, caves and a luxuriant vegetation and lots of mountains. Our B&B, near the beautiful Fiumicello’s square, is the ideal place to pass an agreeable holiday. Every room is very cured and nicely furnished and independent, to offer the maximum of comfort and an unforgettable holiday. You can find bathroom, shower, phone, internet, TV, frig-bar, air conditioned, safe and kindness service. There are garden and parking. You can walk to the beach, with stairs, or go there by car. You can found lots of market and go easily (with public transport too) to the famous touristic harbour, the old city, with her beautiful churchs, little squares and alleys where there are lots of markets that sell handicraft’s and gastronomist’s products. And, on the head of the mountain ther’s the great statue of the Redeemer. From june until September you can take part in cultural events, village festivals and party organized by all the hamlets of Maratea. You can found lots of market and go easily (with public transport too) to the famous touristic harbour, the old city, with her beautiful churchs, little squares and alleys where there are lots of markets that sell handicraft’s and gastronomist’s products. And, on the head of the mountain ther’s the great statue of the Redeemer. Mr. Alfonso Montesano is a tourism expert: he has obtained a diploma as a business expert and has attended numerous courses as a tour operator and has been practicing this activity since the 80s.

A very helpful person who pays attention to every particular need of the guest, anyone who chooses to spend their holidays in his establishment is assured an extremely pleasant stay, thanks above all to the excellent directions that he is able to provide regarding the places to have lunch and dinner, as well as the opportunities to visit the territory both on land and from the beautiful and varied Marateota coastline.

My wife and I thank Alfonso and Agnese who made us feel at home. Always available to recommend the beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. Super breakfast thanks to Alfonso's delicious cakes. A holiday we will not forget.

Owners very kind and always helpful, ready to give suggestions and help, strategic location, excellent breakfast and cleanliness throughout the property. Private and video-monitored parking. Highly recommended for a holiday in Maratea, a stone's throw from the sea, the main beaches, the city center, and the Statue of the Redeemer overlooking Maratea from Monte S. Biagio.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura ad inizio agosto. Accoglienza ed ospitalità da parte di Agnese e Alfonso ottime, stanza grande (Dafne) con ampio patio, pulizia impeccabile, quiete e silenzio. Ottima posizione (Fiumicello) per raggiungere tutti i lidl, vicinanza di negozi e ristoranti. Un soggiorno perfetto.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Raggiungibili a piedi sia la vicina spiaggia di Fiumicello, sia il porto di Maratea. Nelle vicinanze si trovano negozi e ristoranti. I gestori sono molto disponibili e gentilissimi!

Soggiorno gradevole, i proprietari hanno dimostrato gentilezza e cortesia. solo un consiglio per quanto riguarda la colazione, variare i prodotti proposti. unica pecca la posizione del B&B distante dalla spiaggia, raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi.

Curatissimo e gestito con professionalismo e carismo, la Dimora di Alfonso è molto bene situato per scoprire la costa di Maratea, i suoi dintorni, approfitare del mare cosi vicinissimo al B&B. Agnese e Alfonos sono stati estremamente cortesi, e presenti, B&B è il loro B&B! Grazie mille.

Salve a tutti! Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze 2014 (12/21 agosto) a Maratea e precisamente alla Dimora di Alfonso.. un incantevole ed accogliente B&B! I proprietari (Alfonso ed Agnese Montesano) sono persone davvero eccezionali. Sin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa! Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza "familiare"! La loro sincera cortesia, l'illimitata disponibilità e la costante gentilezza sono comprese nel prezzo.. anche se non menzionate. Quanto alla struttura nulla da eccepire: bella, pulita, funzionale e tranquilla. Ottima posizione in quanto a pochi minuti (auto o a piedi) da incantevoli spiagge o calette. Grazie ai suggerimenti di Alfonso ed Agnese (relativamente a spiagge e ristoranti) abbiamo trascorso otto giorni da favola! Ah dimenticavo su esplicita richiesta di mia moglie sottolineo l'ottima ed abbondante colazione impreziosita dai tipici dolci locali. Complimenti per davvero famiglia Montesano! Un sincero quanto affettuoso abbraccio da Antonio & Laura.

Struttura bella, pulita, funzionale, tranquilla. A pochi minuti (auto o a piedi) da incantevoli spiagge o calette (mare splendido) Gestori super. Cortesi, disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti e/o dare "saggi" consigli su cosa visitare o dove andare a cenare. In poche parole un ottimo soggiorno è assicurato. P. S: Se solo ci fosse anche un po' di frutta fresca a colazione sarebbe un paradiso. Grazie di tutto coniugi Montesano. Beppe e Maria.
