Sogno d’Epoca is a cosy B&B situated in a building dating back to the early 19th century, near the Medieval town of Monopoli, which was inhabited by the Apuli in ancient times.
Equipped with all the necessary comforts (plasma TV, air conditioner, frigo-bar, sweet and salted appetizers), it is the appropriate place for a relaxing stay.
Located between the Borgo Murattiano (designed by Giocchino Murat) and the Baroque old town centre flourishing in Byzantine and Norman eras, Sogno d’Epoca is a residence where to live in an authentically Mediterranean atmosphere.
At a few steps distance you find the crystalline waters of the Adriatic Sea, the old town where the works by Jacopo Palma, called the Young, stand out, the Byzantine icon of the Madonna della Madia (about 1117) and the Romanic church of Santa Maria degli Amalfitani.
Between the rarefied colours of the Mediterranean bush and the Murge landscape, to complete an offer that you can not miss, you can find the fantastic caves of Castellana, the peculiarity of the trulli of Alberobello and the archaeological site of Egnatia. It is in a historical place that Sogno d’Epoca offers you 6 rooms where to live in relax, surrounded by the natural and artistic attractions and by the hospitality of the Apulia people.

The room we received for 3 adults was really small. Even with a child it would have been too small. Maybe other rooms are normal size, but this one was too small. I was barely able to open the shower door. The hosts are really nice.

Great location very close to the center, the peculiar features are courtesy and cleanliness (I have tried other Bed and Breakfasts in the area but almost none tidy up the room daily like in a hotel), great and varied breakfast (other Bed and Breakfasts give you the breakfast voucher at the bar). Slightly high price, adequate nevertheless to the service.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Monopoli e dal mare. Camera molto bella e accogliente provvista però di un bagno un po' stretto. La colazione varia ed abbondante è stata servita in un terrazzo molto bello e panoramico. Buonissime le marmellate biologiche. Sempre disponibili alle nostre richieste il Sig. Nino e consorte.
