Staying even one night with Rossella felt like being at home. The property is a short walk from the historic center, literally ten minutes on foot. You enter this welcoming apartment, with every appliance useful for a short stay but also for long periods. Clean, fresh, nothing to complain about. Rossella made us feel at home, albeit for a short time: kind, helpful, and ready to resolve any issues should they arise (everything went perfectly). I recommend staying here because the price-quality ratio and the location are excellent, and hosts like Rossella who put effort into everything they do should be supported and recognized. Monopoli and “Sogno Di...” were a wonderful discovery. See you next time.

During our stay the shower door broke, causing the glass to fall on me. I was lucky not to be injured. During the stay I found three cockroaches (photo evidence), which is unacceptable. The apartment is clean, but I wonder where they came from. Reviews said that you would get an adequate breakfast. Unfortunately there was only a coffee machine and store-bought brioche. Only after asking did we receive cheese, cold cuts and eggs. The center is about a 15-minute walk away; a beach that is reasonably okay is about a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is damp and dark (no terrace). At night there were always gurgling noises from the shower. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable.

L’ho accolta come se fosse una di famiglia (come faccio con tutti gli ospiti) Avete viaggiato con una bambina piccola, sprovvisti di ogni accortezza, mi siete sembrate sin da subito inesperte ed incapaci di provvedere a voi stesse (quando di solito uno straniero è molto più temerario visto che viaggia fuori dalla sua zona di comfort) Vi ho portato in giro per la città, senza spese aggiuntive, avete pagato una cifra irrisoria per la vacanza, proprio perché cerco di prendere a cuore le varie situazioni (cifre che nn rendono onore a me se le dovessi rendere pubbliche, poiché mi metto nei panni dell’ospite viaggiatore che deve affrontare altre spese) Mi confronto sempre con l’ospite sulla colazione, e potevate dirmi prima che con la cifra da voi pagata avrei dovuto farvi trovare la spesa nel frigo poiché avete reputato l’Italia troppo cara rispetto a 25 anni fa’ (per fortuna ci siamo evoluti e quindi i servizi vanno pagati) Avrei dovuto chiedervi una caparra almeno di 1000 euro Che mi sarebbero serviti oggi per coprire i danni da voi fatti, macchie di candeggina su copriletti colorati e nuovi, divano completamente sporco da cibo, macchie di mani unte, bicchieri e tazze rotte, box doccia nuovo sul quale avete con un oggetto contundente rotto la vetrata impedendo a nuovi ospiti di avere confort che voi non solo non avete pagato, ma dei quali non vi siete presi cura. Non ultimo, gli scarafaggi di cui parla, esistono Non a causa mia Ma nel mondo gli insetti e la catena animale, Detto ciò non parlo neanche di tutta la biancheria sporca che ho dovuto cambiare Senza mai replicare Per cercare di rendervi la vacanza confortevole, ma la vostra ostilità verso Monopoli e l’Italia era spropositata al punto da rovinarvi da sole la stessa vacanza. Vi ho fornito tutte le indicazione per poter utilizzare i mezzi appropriati per avere una vacanza degna di essere chiamata tale. Ripeto sono felice della sua recensione, poiché mi permette di poter esprimere pareri non sempre ottimali anche su voi ospiti, che venite accolti nelle nostre terre come amici, ma spesso vorremmo noi potervi recensire come ospiti da non accogliere nelle nostre strutture. The apartment is truly beautiful, very clean and tastefully furnished. The location is convenient and perfect for a peaceful stay. Accommodation cared for down to the smallest details, very charming, with plenty of space, clean, functional and in an excellent location. Stayed 16 nights. Found the listing by chance on the internet. Highly recommended, the apartment has all the comforts. Rossella made us feel at home, always attentive and available for every little detail. Clean apartment, towels changed every three days and punctual, thorough cleaning. We spent 16 wonderful days in complete relaxation. We couldn't have hoped for anything better.

Rossella is very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you might need for a short stay; it is ultra clean and functional. One negative point: it is partially in the basement, so it is very dark and a bit humid, but this may seem secondary when you spend your time outside discovering this beautiful city of Monopoli.

I stayed with Rossella for five days and the welcome from the booking phase was nothing short of kind, caring, and attentive. Rossella was able to meet my dietary needs by providing breakfast products and gifting me some products from her father's land! The structure is spotlessly clean and provides everything needed for daily necessities. It is conveniently located for the station and to reach the historic center. It is close to shops and services. The nearest beaches are Lido Pantano and Cala Monaci. I will carry in my heart the love that this woman puts into managing what is a dream for her that has become a reality!

I found this property by chance while searching online and I contacted Mrs. Rossella by phone, who immediately appeared very available and attentive. I must say that when I saw the property, it confirmed everything. Apparently strategically positioned, very convenient and in 7 minutes on foot you are in the historic center of Monopoli. As for parking, it is very convenient and free right next to the property. If you want to experience the historic center, it is really convenient! The best solution to experience Monopoli on foot but without the chaos of the historic center. The house is very comfortable and well-kept, Rossella has a particular ability to welcome, she is attentive and very available, she has that respectful but attentive host approach and puts her heart into it, you can see it from the care she puts into everything. We had a great time and I recommend it for quality, price, comfort, and professionalism.

Rossella was available, attentive, and responsive. The accommodation is incredible and tastefully furnished. Just 5 minutes from the station and the historic center, the neighborhood is quiet and there are many shops. If I had to return to Monopoli, it would definitely be in this structure.

We had a great time at Rosella's house. It is very comfortable and cozy. The facilities are extremely clean and tidy. It has two TVs. Spacious living room. Dining room for everyday use. Equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom. With a very good mattress and white linen. Located 600-700 meters from the historic center. Without a doubt, we would return.

The structure is new, refined in the smallest details in the center of Monopoli; in a few steps, you reach the beautiful historic center or the sea. Mrs. Rossella is very kind, attentive to the guests' needs, and always available. We also traveled with our little dog, and for her, it was absolutely no problem, which is by no means a given! We stayed in this wonderful B&B in Monopoli with our family and can only express a more than positive review. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and with attention to detail, very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary, even for those traveling with children. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the historic center, ideal for exploring the city on foot. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Rossella who welcomed us with warmth and enthusiasm, always kind and available since the reservation and attentive to all our needs even during the stay. She recommended excellent restaurants where we could eat and made us feel at home, even with the little ones. Highly recommended!
