Description
This is a completely renovated apartment that consists of two independent living solutions. The first one includes a double bedroom with a bathroom, while the second one includes two double bedrooms, one of which has an additional sofa bed for one and a half people, and a shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
There is an additional cost of €15 per person for extra linen change.
The apartment is located in a central area and is well-served; the sea is easily accessible by foot, bike or public transport.
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due upon arrival at the property. The tourist tax is €1 per person per day, and a deposit of €100 is also required, which will be refunded upon departure.

Excellent room, a few steps from the center of Gallipoli. Its location allows easy access to the sea and the city center. The room is cozy and equipped with all comforts, Walter is a kind and always available person.

Owner very helpful, kind and reliable. Room recently furnished, new and spacious bathroom. Great location in a quiet area but only 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Highly recommended.

Excellent structure located, sea easily reachable on foot, very clean and with the owners two really exquisite people. The very kind owner welcomed us as soon as we arrived, made himself available immediately for anything, they advised us on what to see where to taste excellent things. Very happy with my choice I will definitely return next year.

The place has been recently renovated, everything is working and clean, the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. The owner was friendly and helpful. The only flaw is the low cold water pressure. Location of the structure 2 minutes walk from the main street (20 minutes from the historical center) and 7 minutes by car from the beach (Baia Verde). There are many parking areas nearby.

Struttura nuovissima e centrale, parcheggio assicurato molta disponibilità da parte del gestore. La consiglio e giugno è il mese migliore per le vacanza a Gallipoli.
