We encountered numerous problems with the structure right from the start. Upon our arrival, the room was very different from the photos shown and the air conditioning and refrigerator were clearly not working. The bathroom had mold stains and old, poorly maintained fixtures. The boy we found at check-in assisted us as best he could and referred everything to the blonde lady at reception the next morning. The next morning, after exposing the various problems, the blonde lady at the reception reacted poorly. She insulted us saying that we were unable to operate the air conditioner, something denied by the staff themselves. Upon our strong insistence, the room was changed with actually functioning air conditioning, but the refrigerator and bathrooms were in the same condition as the previous room. Two small elderly dogs travel with us and should have remained in the room with air conditioning due to the high heat. We chose this structure because it declares to accept animals in the description. However, when we reported the air conditioning, we were told that the dogs cannot stay in the room as per an internal regulation that is not displayed anywhere. Among the insults we received, we were told that we treat animals inhumanely because we wanted to leave them in the room to cool off during the hottest hours.

My boyfriend and I arrived in the late afternoon after a long 7-hour journey... Upon arrival, we encountered issues with the B&B, and after a long trip, all you want is a nice shower and relaxation. The bathroom is terrible, shower with mold, dust on the radiators for who knows how long, used toilet paper, dust on the headboard, lots of dust even under the bed with scraps. In the bedside drawer, there was something brown and slimy inside that we didn't know what it was, a very poor kitchen with nothing in it. Besides this, we had booked a structure here but upon arrival, they sent us to another one. We had asked for an apartment with a kitchen, since they didn't have availability the first night they said they would put us in a room and then move us the next day to another one with a kitchen; we even paid more to have the kitchen, instead they did the opposite: first night in the horrible apartment as described above, and two more days without a kitchen in another room, less horrible than the first one but poor in cleanliness and comfort. I'm sorry I can't attach photos to make it clear what I described. Terrible stay, never experienced anything like this. Structure failed.

Nice B&B. But the location where it is situated is spectacular, overlooking Piazza Sant'Oronzo where there is everything: shops, places to eat, excellent place. Parking no no no, help.

We were welcomed at their other B&B Mirage property, a few meters from the center, beautiful and very typical. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Strategic location to visit Lecce. Rooms are a bit noisy, but I suspect it depends on the period. Clean, although there is no daily towel change. Very helpful reception. Breakfast to be improved, especially given the lack of a buffet.

Struttura ottima, pulita, personale gentile e discreto come piace a me.. posizione a dir poco meravigliosa a 10 metri da piazza Sant'Oronzo, colazione buona ed abbondante (anche per celiaci). E per finire rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Le stanze sono bellissime e pulite alla perfezione, Francesco il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la struttura si trova a 5 min da piazza sant'oronzo, consiglio a tutti di andare.. anche perché Lecce è bellissima!
