It should be noted that the instructions provided were not in accordance with what was actually verified (address of the room, early check-out time of half an hour). The room was fairly clean (some cobwebs, dust under the beds, and more). The shower was made from a bathtub with a broken screen, the plumbing was old and rusted (the bidet had low water pressure). The linen was clean but old and torn in several places. The breakfast at a partnered bar was of good quality, the manager was very kind and helpful, but only one croissant and one drink/cafeteria were included per person. Great location (in the center). Recommended only as a place to stay.

We encountered numerous problems with the structure right from the start. Upon our arrival, the room was very different from the photos shown and the air conditioning and refrigerator were clearly not working. The bathroom had mold stains and old, poorly maintained fixtures. The boy we found at check-in assisted us as best he could and referred everything to the blonde lady at reception the next morning. The next morning, after exposing the various problems, the blonde lady at the reception reacted poorly. She insulted us saying that we were unable to operate the air conditioner, something denied by the staff themselves. Upon our strong insistence, the room was changed with actually functioning air conditioning, but the refrigerator and bathrooms were in the same condition as the previous room. Two small elderly dogs travel with us and should have remained in the room with air conditioning due to the high heat. We chose this structure because it declares to accept animals in the description. However, when we reported the air conditioning, we were told that the dogs cannot stay in the room as per an internal regulation that is not displayed anywhere. Among the insults we received, we were told that we treat animals inhumanely because we wanted to leave them in the room to cool off during the hottest hours.

We were welcomed at their other B&B Mirage property, a few meters from the center, beautiful and very typical. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent structure, clean, staff kind and discreet as I like it, position to say the least wonderful 10 meters from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, good and abundant breakfast (also for celiacs). And finally excellent value for money.

The rooms are beautiful and perfectly clean, Francesco the owner is very kind and always available, the property is located 5 minutes from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, I recommend everyone to go, also because Lecce is beautiful!
