The "Lo Scalo" Bed and Breakfast is located 250 meters from the sea in a charming setting, in Marina di Novaglie, in the municipality of Alessano. Nearby, we have Santa Maria di Leuca at 8 km, Gallipoli and Otranto at about 40 km. It is the ideal place to spend a vacation in Salento, enjoying the sun, the sea, fun, and good food.
The Bed and Breakfast is newly built and has 5 double rooms with private bathroom and balcony, with the possibility of adding an extra bed in two of them. One room also has a kitchenette. All the rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.
The Bed and Breakfast is directly managed by the owners who, with their presence 24 hours a day, are able to guarantee a pleasant stay in a family environment.
There is also the possibility of daily boat trips with various departure times.

Made of chianche and stone walls, Lo Scalo has two spacious terraces: the first, located on a steep cliff, is covered by a wooden awning. The second is a large viewpoint equipped with a gazebo to enjoy, protected, the warm sun of the torrid Salento summer.
In the evening, a show takes place that offers unforgettable emotions: it is offered by the Moon and the Stars, which silently envelop the guests who choose Lo Scalo to enjoy a dreamlike atmosphere, under an enchanting sky that simply makes the night romantic.
Light games in the water illuminate the seabed like an aquarium full of multicolored fish: it is a spectacle of rare beauty that Mother Nature gives to this magnificent glimpse of Puglia.
The skill of the chef and the high quality of the raw materials allow you to taste excellent fish dishes. A corner of paradise in the true sense of the word. Courtesy, smiles, and the availability of the owners and all the staff prevail. Delicious food. Maniacal room cleanliness. Towels and sheets really clean. Speaking as a hygienist, it's usually hard for me to feel comfortable. But here it's different. To return without a doubt. Thank you.

We stayed for 3 nights, cozy and very comfortable location, impeccable cleanliness! Only one suggestion to the very kind manager, improve the breakfast, in my opinion a bit limited, probably because I prefer a rich breakfast and not a la carte.
