Great apartment, clean, excellent location, easy access to main attractions, good restaurants (approximately 5-minute walk). 20-minute walk to the train station. The apartment matches the photos. Highly recommend.

The apartment is located right at the beginning of the Old Bari, convenient for exploring the historic center and easily accessible from the station. The apartment is clean, although very minimal in its furnishings. I only spoke with the property manager via WhatsApp and email. Breakfast not available. It is necessary to turn on the water heater to have hot water in the bathroom. There is no possibility to leave luggage in storage at the end of the stay (therefore, contact the central station storage, or the "Stow your bags" point always in the station area, or the Vento Viaggi Bari store, recommended by the manager, but closed on Sundays and holidays).

No details (not cozy), poor decoration, scarce soap in bathroom, just sufficient cleanliness that could improve, lack of security (fridge supported by a stand that falls, bathroom light broken). It is very well located and that is the only reason why it can be recommended. It is not as cheap for what it offers. Communication via WhatsApp with the manager is cordial but rather impersonal. It has no windows to the outside.

Good location, can often be loud at night and in the morning so we didn't really have the best night sleep any of the 3 nights. The apartment seems quite dated and lacks personality but it's liveable. The biggest downside was the wifi was so bad it's almost like it didn't work at all.

Excellent structure to visit the Old Town of Bari, with adjacent car parks and several public parking spaces. Strategic location. Very nice apartment, perhaps a bit humid due to the lack of windows (a small one overlooks an atrium of a building); otherwise, highly recommended! Very kind host and ready to listen to every request.

The location was great, but the street was a bit noisy (as can be expected in the middle of the city center). The bed was very very hard and therefore we did not sleep well. Also there was no breakfast. The contact with the host was perfect and the B&B was bigger than expected.

Room without windows and cramped. The only window faced the internal stairs of an apartment, smell of mold and stale air, honestly I can't understand how a structure like this can be rented for 65 euros per night. The only positive note is the location, right in the center. We found a razor left in the bathroom by goodness knows who. Overall, I would not recommend it.

The location is definitely the most appreciated aspect of this little house, literally between the main street (Corso Vittorio Emanuele) and the famous 'via delle orecchiette'. With a 3-minute walk you can reach the spectacular Swabian Castle, and with another 5 minutes the Basilica of San Nicola. On the other side, from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, there are bars, restaurants, slightly more 'modern' and lively places, and immediately the promenade along the seafront. Apart from a small hitch just upon arrival (you get the key by entering a code in the safety box and you need to pay attention to align the dashes well otherwise it won't open), the house itself is quite spacious for two people (it seemed smaller from the photos!). Equipped with everything you need: TV, air conditioning, kitchen with kettle, coffee machine (there are also capsules!), various cooking utensils, small fridge, bathroom linen, disposable soaps, hairdryer. Of course, it's not a brand new or designer structure, but we found it exceptional for our three-night stay. The only note I can make is that there is no wardrobe but only a few hangers, surely due to space constraints in the room. A large mirror would also be appreciated. Otherwise, this structure will definitely be our reference point for next times, the quality/price ratio is unbelievable and having everything within a ten-minute walk is priceless. Thank you!

Sadly, I have to write a completely negative review but I believe it's fair towards those who check the website. The structure was dilapidated, the light switch in the bathroom was tampered with and unusable on the first night. We immediately contacted the owner who didn't even respond and when contacted the next day, kindly sent someone at 12 the next day. The bathroom had no bidet, no mixer taps in either the bathroom or kitchen were working: either boiling hot or freezing water. The hygiene conditions were shameful: dirty shower tray, dirt on the floor, and the little kitchen table was encrusted. The bathroom sink was clogged. Uncomfortable mattress. Upon sending photos to the property, this was the response: "Good evening, the apartment was prepared and cleaned on the day of your arrival. I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations. If you want, I can send someone tomorrow to clean, at the moment it's really difficult tonight due to blocked roads because of the New Year's concert". Absolutely not recommended if you expect to find at least a clean place.

The location is perfect! It is in the middle of Old Bari Town, but less than 2 minutes walk, you find yourself in the new Bari part, with lots of shops and everything you need. Host Simonetta was very helpful and once we booked, we were given instructions right away (through WhatsApp) on how to find the place, the password for the key-safe, and all the information we needed.

Structure in the heart of Old Bari, very convenient to everything. Internally nice and well furnished, small bathroom but functional shower. There is also a kitchenette, with everything you need to eat at home. We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children and it went very well, there is also wifi. The structure is just 1 minute from the famous street of the 'orecchiette' arch!

The accommodation is great for a city trip. It is located in the heart of the old town of Bari. From the accommodation, you can walk to all the main points of interest in Bari. Communication with the hostess was very reliable and uncomplicated. In general, the accommodation was clean and had everything you needed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, there was no breakfast.

The structure is very central, within a few minutes you can reach both Old Bari and the new part. The check-in was done autonomously, following the instructions of the owner, provided that morning, very convenient for those arriving very late in the evening. The room was very warm but both air conditioning and a fan are provided. It was still very spacious, well furnished and new. The private bathroom is located inside the structure but must be reached through a small spiral staircase, as specified in the description. The bathroom was functional even though it lacked a bidet. The value for money is really noteworthy.

Close to the center of the Bari nightlife. A short walk from the Norman-Swabian Castle, Arco Basso, and Via delle Orecchiette, where we bought the famous Bari orecchiette. The structure is well-kept and clean. The cozy room is equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge.

Non potrei chiedere di meglio, struttura bellissima, intima. Ci vengo spesso e mi sembra ogni volta di tornare a casa. Posizionata in maniera strategica si possono raggiungere gli angoli più belli di questa magica città facendo bellissime passeggiate.

Ho prenotato la camera viola e la camera blu. Per quel che riguarda la camera viola, occupata per una notte da me e da mia sorella, essendo più spaziosa ho un giudizio sostanzialmente positivo, mentre per quel che riguarda quella blu, utilizzata da mio marito e mio figlio per una notte e da me e mio marito per quella successiva ho un giudizio insufficiente. La camera è stretta, ma la nota negativa è il bagno. Troppo piccolo, la porta non scorre e non si chiude, il box doccia è scomodissimo, non si sa dove mettere le cose e manca la luce dello specchio. Mancava la carta igienica (poi fornita subito su segnalazione) e il set di cortesia; sicuramente una dimenticanza non voluta. Bene la colazione anche se è bene informare che per raggiungere il terrazzo si deve salire una scala a chiocciola.

Pessima esperienza, la stanza blu si trova al centro tra il piano terra e il secondo piano, e ogni passo fatto dall'ospite del piano superiore rimbomba nella camera facendo vibrare pure il letto, e rendendo assordante e impossibile la permanenza.
All'arrivo non c'era nessuno ad accogliermi, e tra l'altro ho dovuto attendere che l'altro ospite della struttura mi riportasse le chiavi per accedere alla porta di ingresso, una disorganizzazione unica.
Ho richiesto la colazione ad un determinato orario, per impegni di lavoro, ed è arrivata anche in ritardo. Per il resto la stanza è rumorosa, canali TV inesistenti, bagno strettissimo con una porta scorrevole bloccata aperta, impossibile da chiudere. unico punto positivo wifi funzionante. Ma in generale pessima valutazione.
