The spaces are enjoyable throughout the year, warm and sheltered during the colder months, fresh and fragrant from spring onward, creating a relaxing atmosphere that makes guests feel at ease, especially those arriving in the city without a car and looking for everything to be ready upon arrival.

The attic is located on the 4th floor with no elevator (80 comfortable steps), not recommended for people with mobility difficulties and young children.

The establishment places great emphasis on adhering to rules and maintaining the surroundings. Recycling is an integral part of the experience and helps keep everything orderly and clean, while the use of air conditioning and heating is in compliance with current regulations, ensuring a balance between comfort and sustainability. Bed and bath linens are provided upon arrival to guarantee a comfortable stay from the very beginning.

While on-site parking is not available, guests can take advantage of a nearby paid garage. Small pets are allowed upon request, and there is a small additional fee for any lost or damaged keys.
