Residence Italia is open all year round and is an elegant building with 7 apartments located in the heart of Francavilla al Mare, just a few minutes from Pescara and close to the most important historical and artistic sites. The management is directly taken care of by the owners in order to ensure a peaceful stay for its guests.
The beach is about 200 meters away from the Residence, while the historic center is a 5-minute walk away. Residence Italia is easy to reach by car from the Pescara Sud-Francavilla exit, by bus from the Francavilla train station, or from the Pescara airport.
The building, of remarkable architectural interest, has been restored to its splendor through careful work. It has a long history: in the 1920s, it was the headquarters of a pasta factory; in the 1960s, the structure housed a cinema; after it was abandoned for twenty years. In 2011, the building came back to life with the opening of Residence Italia.
The entire structure, designed with full respect for the environment, is powered by a photovoltaic system and offers its customers standards of comfort and security. The air-conditioned, soundproofed, and tastefully furnished apartments guarantee a comfortable and extremely pleasant stay.
