"Smartfit House" is a cozy and well-maintained eco-friendly accommodation located near Abruzzo airport in Pescara. It is situated in a quiet independent house with a large terrace surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts. The area is well-served and easy to reach, close to the city center and the main attractions of Pescara.
This solution is suitable for dynamic tourists who want to discover the city, for workers traveling or passing through Pescara, and for sports enthusiasts who want to stay fit during their stay. The rooms are smart and bright with king-size beds, USB and LAN sockets for the PC, a 42" flat-screen Smart TV, minibar, kettle with teas, a 15" safe, air conditioning, and fitness equipment.
The en-suite bathroom features an emotional shower, towel warmer, professional hairdryer and straightener, makeup mirror, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, and a green vanity set. You don't need to worry about anything, as we have already thought of everything!
In the common area, you can find a micro-filtered natural and sparkling water dispenser, a capsule coffee machine, and a microwave oven at your disposal. Breakfast is served on the veranda in the terrace/solarium, or upon request, in your room. We offer a self-check-in service that allows our guests to arrive at the property with full freedom, using their smartphone. If you prefer an in-person check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm, we will be happy to welcome you. If you arrive after 6 pm, it is possible to do it by paying a supplement.
We also offer extra services such as smart opening and closing of doors with the app or numeric code, laundry service with same-day delivery (for a fee), bike rental upon reservation (external), free private unsupervised parking, and luggage storage.
Our guests will have the opportunity to discover paths and sites of interest thanks to the advice and suggestions of the managers in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible. In the surroundings of our property, it will be possible to find everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation, from sports to culture, from shopping to relaxation.

New structure with all the comforts that make the stay enjoyable. Valentina, the owner, is a delightful person always ready and available for any reason. The property is located in a safe and quiet area, the city center is easily reachable. I highly recommend it.

Really an excellent facility! Super well taken care of in every detail. Extremely clean rooms and full of comfort. Abundant and special breakfast. Valentina, the owner, is very skilled and polite. The structure is close to the airport, a bit far from the center of the city of Pescara. Highly recommended for everyone! Congratulations!

Very kind and helpful owner. A structure to be envied, super efficient. Just a little inconvenient location outside Pescara, but still very convenient for those who, like me, have traveled around and not just stayed by the sea. Excellent rating.
