Description
Just a few steps away from the sea (approximately 200 meters), Enjoy Living is located in the heart of downtown Pescara and offers comfortable and functional accommodations for every need, guest, and stay. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, high-speed fiber optic WiFi connection, flat-screen SmartTV with satellite channels, minibar, private bathroom with a spacious shower, hairdryer, towel set, and a large independent terrace. Enjoy Living offer a typical Italian breakfast for the guests. The entire structure has been inspired by the touch of visual artist Adriana Civitarese, from the school of Ettore Spalletti, that with her works, gives each room a unique identity.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 4 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 3 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The extremely advantageous location allows you to reach everything in a few minutes: the shopping center, the lively nightlife of the city, and the Central Station are within walking distance, while the beautiful Pescara coast is just around the corner. The (paid) parking is located 250 meters from the property, at the end of the street. Enjoy Living offers the free service of a palm umbrella with chairs and loungers at one of the nearest beach clubs throughout the summer months.

Excellent welcome (also early as requested) excellent. The room, inside an apartment with 3 rooms and a shared kitchenette, perfectly renovated in every detail and equipped with everything necessary. The small furnished terrace is also very nice. Beach umbrella and sunbeds included at a beach establishment on the beautiful seafront 200 meters from the property. In short, a very positive experience that we will always choose this b&b for our stays in Pescara.
