Description

We have four double and single rooms, with air conditioning, TV (DGTV), Wi-fi (free) and convenient location study / reading, individual bathrooms equipped with all comforts (hairdryer, bathrobes,...), breakfast room with kitchenette, even for fast-brunch meals (these are not provided by us) and automatic pod coffee, tea, herbal teas and other hot drinks, terrace (spring - summer) for reading area + relax + wi-fi + smoking, separate reception with POS for payments with debit and credit cards and issue regular receipts.

After check-in, guests do not have any constraint of time of entry and / or exit from the B&B.

EXTRA SERVICES (on request) :
Fenced parking with video surveillance;
Wellness area with Finnish sauna two-seater, mini-gym Technogym, relaxation sofa;
Use of kitchen and laundry/washing;
IN THE SAME STRUCTURE (NO contract B & B) have MINI - APARTMENTS completely independent with kitchen and internal laundry (for rentals of short to medium term and transitional use-quarters).

Our B & B is housed in a fully renovated old factory located in a building autonomous area is not busy at the gates of the old town of Chieti, ancient and welcoming town located about twenty minutes from the Adriatic Sea and about half an hour from the ski slopes or mountain trekking routes of the Natural Park of the Majella.

We spent a very pleasant week at Dimora Aragonese, so much so that we asked to stay one more night. Vincenzo is very kind and well-organized, the structure is very welcoming and clean, and the location very close to the historic center is truly excellent.

Attic room, well finished and with a good organization of spaces. Good location both to reach the center of Chieti and to take the highway. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fixtures and fittings were brand new and of a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and very friendly owner. We look forward to returning.

Excellent solution. Brand new, close to the center, and with a car, you can go anywhere. It also provides parking inside the gate, which is monitored by video surveillance. It has both mini apartments and rooms; we chose the mini apartment. For two nights for four people, they charged us 200 euros with breakfast (abundant supply) and a large and well-equipped kitchen, so we always ate at home. The apartment is large, quiet, you sleep very well, and it is very clean, paying attention to details (colorful rooms with landscape prints, hairdryer, laundry sink). The gentlemen who welcomed us were very courteous and gave us directions even though we arrived late, and offered other kindnesses. Complete autonomy for the rest. Highly recommended.

I recommend this brand new facility to everyone for cleanliness, order, location, and friendliness of the owners. The photos represent reality very well. Excellent.
