Croft28 is a B&B dedicated to tourist hospitality in a portion of an old farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2016. While preserving the structural characteristics of the farmhouse such as the tiled roof with wooden beams and the division of spaces, it has integrated a high-quality specification and design details.

The property consists of two rooms with private bathrooms, one of which is "ensuite, " a common living room with a fireplace, and a balcony used as a work station. The spacious exclusive courtyard of 90 square meters, which both rooms overlook, is available to guests who wish to experience moments of tranquility and peace in the midst of the countryside, surrounded by the landscape of the neighboring hills and the fully fenced exclusive 700-square-meter lawn with shade trees at their disposal.

The B&B is pleased to welcome leisure travelers and professionals on business trips (with private parking), as well as cycling enthusiasts and walkers exploring Abruzzo. It is located in a peripheral location away from the pace of the city but immersed in the quiet of the countryside.

Staying at Croft28 is ideal for nature lovers, those who value quality of life, and those who enjoy the company of an animal that can spend time in a shaded environment, rich in stimuli and completely fenced (Sally, a Maremma shepherd accustomed to socializing, will be happy to play and keep your dog company).

The B&B is served by the Pescara-Chieti connections with a bus stop just 10 meters away and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Chieti, 15 minutes from the center of Pescara, 5 minutes from the A14 Pescara Ovest highway entrance, and 10 minutes from the airport. In about 10 minutes, you can reach the long sandy beach of the Pescara coast, and in 30 minutes, the Costa dei Trabocchi in Ortona (CH). In 40 minutes, you can be in the mountains for hiking trails or ski resorts.

Airport transfers are available upon request, as well as self check-in and the possibility of working remotely in a dedicated workstation indoors or comfortably outdoors in the courtyard gazebo.

The dedicated welcome to each of our guests is the purpose of our attention to every single detail: a coffee machine and kettle with coffee pods, tea, and instant coffee are provided in each room as our gift for your stay. The bed linen consists of a 100% cotton duvet cover set and a set of three 100% cotton towels of excellent quality and comfort, made of soft brushed terry cloth with a piqué border. A single-use courtesy line is provided, including shower gel, shower shampoo, face soap, body lotion, and a selection of beauty oils with olive oil extracts and thermal water (in addition to a hairdryer).

The design bathtub in the room allows for relaxing stays or joyful moments for romantic getaways, while the spacious walk-in shower offers a morning awakening immersed in nature, thanks to the landscape framed in the front wall window.
